dc.description.abstractİbadetler, bir dinin görünen yüzü olduğundan bu konu İslam hukukunda önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kulluğun bir gereği olarak yapılması gereken ibadetlerle mükellef olduğu halde ihmal eden kimseler için dünyevî ve uhrevî bazı caydırıcı müeyyideler mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada namaz, zekât, oruç ve hac ibadetlerinin inkâr ve ihmal edilmesi durumunda uygulanılması öngörülen müeyyideler hakkında eski ve yeni mezhep görüşleri ile son dönem bazı değerlendirmeler ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde mükellefiyet ve ibadet bahsi ile ilgili genel bilgilere yer verildikten sonra namaz, zekât, oruç ve hac ibadetlerinin anlamı, önemi, farz oluşu, kimlere farz olduğu ve şartları ile ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise namaz, zekât, oruç ve hac ibadetlerinin terk edilmesi durumunda mezheplerin öngördüğü dünyevî ve uhrevî müeyyideler delilleriyle birlikte aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca bu ibadetlerin terk edilmesi durumunda uygulanılacak uhrevî müeyyideler de naslar ışığında anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak irtidat konusu ele alınarak mürtetlere uygulanacak müeyyideler ile ilgili mezhep görüşlerine temas edilmiştir. Özetle, İslam inancında bir insanın öldürülmesi tüm insanlığın öldürülmesi gibi değerlendirildiğinden, ibadetleri inkâr etmediği sürece bir Müslüman asla öldürülmemiştir. Bu konuda oldukça geniş süre tanınarak o kişinin de cennete gitmesi konusunda nasihatler ve yönlendirmelerin her zaman öncelendiği söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractSince worship is the visible face of a religion, this issue has an important place in Islamic law. There are some legal and otherworldly deterrent sanctions for those who are responsible for the obligatory acts of worship, but neglect them. In this study, old and new sectarian views and some recent evaluations about the sanctions foreseen to be applied in case of denial or neglect of prayer, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage are discussed. In the first part of the study, after giving general information about obligation and worship, information about the meaning, importance, fard of prayer, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage worship, for whom it is fard and its conditions are given. In the second part, the worldly and otherworldly sanctions envisaged by the madhhabs in case of abandonment of prayer, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage are conveyed together with their proofs. In addition, otherworldly sanctions that will be applied in case of abandonment of these worships have also been tried to be explained in the light of the texts. Finally, the subject of apostasy was discussed and the sectarian views on the sanctions to be applied to apostates were touched upon. In summary, since the killing of a person in the Islamic faith is considered as killing all humanity, a Muslim has never been killed unless he denies worship. In this regard, it can be said that advice and guidance for that person to go to heaven is always given priority by giving that person a large amount of time.en_US
