dc.description.abstractBir milletin tarih sahnesindeki yerini koruyabilmesi ancak dil ile mümkündür. Bu nedenle her millette kimi aydınlar kendi dilinin kurallarını iyi bilmeye ve bu bilgileri yeni nesillere aktarmaya gayret etmiştir. Bu, aynı zamanda sosyal bir varlık olan insanın tarihe kendinden bir iz bırakma isteğinin de sonucudur. İletişimin insanoğlunun en temel ihtiyaçlarından olduğu kabul edilirse kimi insanlar bu iletişimi ortaya koyduğu yazılı eserler vasıtasıyla sağlamaya çalışmıştır. Bu çalışmada XIX. yüzyıl müelliflerinden Türkzâde Hafız Mehmed Ziyâeddin’in kaleme aldığı Mekâtîb Hazinesi yâhûd Mükemmel ve Mufassal ‘Osmanlı İnşâsı adlı eserin Latin alfabesine aktarılması, yazma ve yazışmaya dair kurallar ile yazışma türleri açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. H 1314 (M 1896) yılında Asaduryan Matbaasında 511 sayfa olarak basılan eserde öncelikle yazma ve yazışmaya ilişkin etraflı bilgilere yer verilmiş, ardından bu bilgiler dört yüz yirmi yedi adet örnekle desteklenmiştir. Yazarın yakın çevresinin telkinleri sonucunda kaleme aldığını belirttiği eserde “mekâtîbe” kavramı tanımlanmış, inşa ilminin usulleri “mevâdd, havâss, tabakat ve tahsîn-i inşâ” olmak üzere dört başlık altında aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca söz sanatları, kalem erbabı, yazıda kullanılacak üsluplar ile ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Yazışma örnekleri resmî ve gayriresmî olmak üzere iki başlık altında açıklanmış ve örneklendirilmiştir. Söz konusu yazışma örnekleri tebrik, taziye, teselli, teşekkür, özür, azarlama, tavsiye, talep ve davet mektupları; tezkire, telgraf, ticari yazışma, “tavsîf-nâme”, ilmühaber, dilekçe, kartvizit; rapor, mazbata ve beyanname olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ticari yazışmalarda ise itibar ve sipariş mektupları, fatura, poliçe, ikametgâh senedi, emre muharrer senet, açık bono, tediye emri, itibar mektubu, çek, protesto, adi borç senedi, ibra ve ıskat senedi, vekâletname, tahkimname, icar, kefaletname, haciz, kefalet senedi, havale, muvazaa senedi, müzaraa sözleşmesi, kolektif şirket, komandit şirket, mudarebe şirketine ilişkin açıklama ve örnekler bulunmaktadır. Eser, söz konusu bilgilerin ve örneklerin yanı sıra mektup cevapları; mektupların başında ve sonunda, söz arasında kullanılacak ibareler; tercih edilecek mektup kâğıtları, mektup zarflarının üzerine yazılması gerekenler, posta ve telgraf ücretlerine dair malumatı da içermektedir.
dc.description.abstractA nation's ability to maintain its place in history is only possible through language. For this reason, some intellectuals in every nation have tried to know the rules of their own language well and to transfer this knowledge to new generations. This is also the result of man, who is a social being, wanting to leave a trace of himself in history. If it is accepted that communication is one of the most basic needs of human beings, some people have tried to provide this communication through written works. In this study, it is aimed to transfer the work titled Mekâtîb Hazinesi yâhûd Mükemmel ve Mufassal ‘Osmanlı İnşâsı, written by Türkzâde Hafız Mehmed Ziyâeddin, one of the 19th century authors, into the Latin alphabet and to examine it in terms of the rules of writing and correspondence and the types of correspondence. The work, which was printed in 511 pages at the Asaduryan Printing House in 1314 H (1896 AD), firstly included detailed information about writing and correspondence, and then this information was supported by four hundred twenty seven examples. In the work, which the author stated that he wrote as a result of the suggestions of his close circle, the concept of "mekâtîbe" is defined and the methods of construction science are explained under four headings: "mevâdd, havass, tabakat and tahsîn-i inşâ". Additionally, information about figures of speech, writing experts, and styles to be used in writing is included. Correspondence examples are explained and exemplified under two headings: formal and informal. The correspondence in question includes letters of congratulations, condolences, consolations, thanks, excuses, letters of recommendation, requests and invitations; memorandum, telegram, commercial correspondence, "tavsîf-nâme", document, petition, business card; It was determined as a report, memorandum and declaration. In commercial correspondence, letters of reputation and orders, invoices, policies, residence deeds, promissory notes, open promissory notes, payment orders, letters of goodwill, cheques, protests, ordinary debt notes, discharge and revocation deeds, power of attorney, arbitration deeds, lettings, suretyships and seizures are made. There are explanations and examples about surety bond, money order, collusion bond, negotiation contract, collective company, limited liability company, mudaraba company.
