dc.description.abstractBirincil enerji kaynaklarının tükenmeye başlamasına ve doğanın hızla tahrip edilmesine karşı olarak sürdürülebilirlik ve enerji verimliliği kavramları ortaya çıkmıştır. Enerji tüketiminde büyük paya sahip binalar göz önünde bulundurulduğunda çevreye duyarlı yeşil binalar sürdürülebilirlik konusunda önemli görevler üstlenmektedir. Yeşil bina uygulamalarının yaygınlaşması ile denetimini sağlamak için yeşil bina değerlendirme sistemleri oluşturulmuştur. Uluslararası yeşil bina değerlendirme sistemlerinin farklı ülkelerde aynı şekilde uygulanması adaptasyon sorunlarını da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu nedenle Türkiye'de ulusal ölçekte yeşil bina sertifika sistemi çalışmaları yapılmaktadır. Türk Standartları Enstitüsü tarafından 2014 yılında TSE Güvenli Yeşil Bina( TSE-GYB) sertifika sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada ulusal yeşil bina değerlendirme sistemlerinin gereklilikleri, oluşum amaçları, ülkemiz ile coğrafik-sosyolojik-toplumsal uyumu, uluslararası sertifikalardan farklılıkları, geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri ele alınmış ve bu konunun çok yönlü olarak irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ulusal TSE-GYB sertifika sistemi araştırma konusu olarak seçilmiş ve Ankara GAMA Holding Binası üzerinde analiz edilmiştir. Analiz aşamasında gözlem yapma, harita inceleme, fizibilite çalışması, proje ve yönetmeliklerin incelenmesi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışma ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilerek tezin kapsamı ve amacı belirtilmiştir. Materyal ve yöntem bölümünde tez çalışması süresince izlenen yol ortaya konmuştur. Kavramsal çerçeve başlığı altında çalışma ile ilgili kavramlar araştırılmıştır. Ulusal yeşil bina sertifika sistemleri incelenmiş ve TSE-GYB sertifika sistemi ayrıntılı olarak aktarılmıştır. Ulusal TSE-GYB ve uluslararası LEED sertifika sistemleri karşılaştırılarak farklılıkları ortaya konmuştur. Tezin alan çalışması kısmında TSE-GYB sertifika sistemi örneklem olarak seçilen Ankara GAMA Holding Binası üzerinde analiz edilmiştir. Genel değerlendirme bölümünde analiz verileri aktarılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise ulusal ve TSE-GYB sertifika sisteminin yeterliliği, farkları, kullanılabilirliği ve geliştirilmesi gereken özellikleri tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe concepts of sustainability and energy efficiency have emerged in response to the depletion of primary energy sources and the rapid destruction of nature. Considering the buildings having a large share in energy consumption, green buildings that are sensitive to the environment play important roles in sustainability. Green building appraisal systems have been established in order to ensure the widespread and supervision of green building applications. The application of international green building evaluation systems in different countries in the same way brings with it adaptation problems. Therefore, it is made of local green building certification system work in Turkey. TSE Secure Green Building (TSE-GYB) certification system was established in 2014 by Turkish Standards Institute. In this study, the requirements of national green building evaluation systems, formation objectives, geographical, sociological, social harmony with our country, differences from international certificates, the aspects that need to be developed are discussed and it is aimed to examine this issue in a multidimensional way. For this purpose, the national TSE-GYB certification system has been selected as a research topic and analyzed on Ankara GAMA Holding Building. Observation, map analysis, feasibility study, analysis of projects and regulations were used in the analysis phase. The study consists of 6 chapters. In the introduction part, general information about the study is given and the scope and purpose of the thesis are stated. In the material and method section, the path followed during the thesis study is revealed. The concepts related to the study were investigated under the conceptual framework. National green building certification systems were examined and TSE-GYB certification system was explained in detail. National TSE-GYB and international LEED certification systems were compared and their differences were revealed. In the field study of the thesis, TSE-GYB certificate system was analyzed on Ankara GAMA Holding Building which was selected as a sample. In the general evaluation section, the analysis data are given. In the conclusion part, the adequacy, differences, usability and features of the national and TSE-GYB certification system have been determined.en_US
