dc.description.abstract19. yy. başında bir fotoğraf karesinin düzenlenmesi ile başlayan matte painting tekniğini, fotoğraflanması imkânsız mekanların ya da gerçekte var olmayan yerlerin gerçekte varmış gibi gerçekçi bir şekilde resmedilmesi olarak ifade edebiliriz. Bir yüzyılı aşkın süredir başta sinema sanatı olmak üzere birçok alanda teknolojinin getirmiş olduğu olanaklarla ve sektör içerisindeki yeniliklerle gelişerek varlığını devam ettiren bu teknik, başta sinema sanatı olmak üzere birçok alanda görsel efektlerin vazgeçilmez bir parçası olmuştur. Matte painting tekniği günümüzde de ihtiyaç duyulan her alanda, dahil olduğu tüm yapıtlara başta sunulan görselliği arttırmanın yanı sıra maddi anlamda da sanatçılara büyük kazanç imkânı sunan bir tekniktir. Türkiye'de bu alanda yapılan çalışmalar dünya üzerindeki örneklere kıyasla uygulama alanlarında kendini çok geç göstermiş olsa da bu çalışmaların bugün gerek teknoloji olanakları gerekse bu alanda üretim yapan firmalar ve yetişmiş insan gücü noktasında bu alanda güzel örnekler ortaya koyan ülkelerin yaptığı çalışmalarla boy ölçüşebilecek düzeye geldiği söylenebilir. Bu araştırmada Türkiye'de sinema, reklam, mimari görselleştirme, grafik ve resim sanatı olmak üzere matte painting tekniği ve bu tekniğin kullanım alanları incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAt the begining of 19th century, we can express the matte painting technique, which begins with the arrangement of a photograph frame, as a realistic painting of places that are impossible to photograph or places that do not exist in reality. For more than a century, this technique, which has been developing with the opportunities brought by technology and innovations in the sector, has been an indispensable part of visual effects in many fields, especially in the art of cinema. Matte painting technique is a technique that gives artists great gain in material sense as well as increasing the visual representation of all the works that are included in every field that are needed today. Although the studies carried out in this field in Turkey have shown themselves very late in the field of application compared to the examples in the world, it can be said that these studies have reached a level where both technology opportunities and production companies and the countries which have established good examples in this field can be compared with their studies. In this study In this study, a matte painting technique, including cinema, advertising, architectural visualization, graphic and painting art in Turkey, and the use of this technique were examined.en_US
