dc.description.abstractAmbalaj her yönüyle geçmişten günümüze insanın yaşamı ile bağını bizlere sunmaktadır. İnsanlar avcılık ve toprağı verimli kullanma gelişimi içerisinde elde ettiği fazla ürünleri depolama ya da saklama gereksiniminde bulunmuştur. Bu durum beraberinde ambalaj kavramını gündeme getirmiştir. Etrafımızda gördüğümüz her ürün bizlere sahip olduğu ambalaj içerisinde sunulmaktadır. Ambalaj; ürünlerin üretimden tüketiciye ulaşma aşamasında içinde bulunan malzemeyi dış etkenlere karşı koruyan, zarar görmesini engelleyen ve muhafaza eden malzemelere verilen genel bir isimdir. Teknolojinin hızla ilerlemesi, her alanda olduğu gibi ambalaj sektöründe de yeni gelişmeler meydana getirmektedir. Bu tez çalışması dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, problem durumu, sayıltılar ve sınırlılıklar, yöntem, evren ve örneklem, veri toplama araçları ve verilerin toplanması, ikinci bölümde; ambalaj başlığı altında ambalaj gelişimi ve ambalajın tarihsel süreci, ambalaj tipleri, ambalajın fonksiyonları ve ambalaj malzemeleri, ambalaj baskı teknikleri ve ambalajda etiket kullanımı, üçüncü bölümde; kalıp içi etiketleme, kalıp içi etiketleme yöntemleri, IML etiket tasarımı, etiketleme üretim aşamaları, IML uygulamaları ve IML avantajları, dördüncü bölümde ise; ambalaj tasarım değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada varılan nokta kalıp içi etiketleme teknolojisi tasarım ve uygulama, üretim çalışmalarının nasıl gerçekleştiği, süreçlerinin nasıl ilerlediği ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractPackaging offers us its connection with human life from past to present in every aspect. People needed to store or store the surplus products they obtained in the development of hunting and efficient use of the land. In this case, it brought the concept of packaging to the agenda. Every product we see around us is presented to us in its own packaging. Packaging; It is a general name given to the materials that protect the material in the product from production to the consumer against external factors, prevent it from being damaged and preserve it. The rapid progress of technology creates new developments in the packaging industry, as in every field. This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part; purpose and importance of the research, problem situation, assumptions and limitations, method, universe and sample, data collection tools and data collection, in the second part; Under the title of packaging, packaging development and the historical process of packaging, packaging types, packaging functions and packaging materials, packaging printing techniques and use of labels in packaging, in the third part; In-mold labeling, in-mold labeling methods, IML label design, labeling production stages, IML applications and IML advantages, in the fourth section; packaging design evaluations were made. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the design and application of in-mold labeling technology, how the production works are carried out and how the processes progress.en_US
