dc.description.abstractÜlkemiz enerjide %70 oranında dışa bağımlı bir ülkedir. Cari açığımızın büyük bir kısmını enerji ithalatı oluşturmaktadır. Enerjide dışa bağımlı olduğumuz için yeni enerji kaynakları bulmak kadar, tükettiğimiz enerjiyi de verimli kullanmak çok önemlidir. Ülkemizde konut ve sanayi sektöründe enerji verimlilik potansiyeli oldukça yüksektir. Enerjide ortak birim olarak TEP (Ton Eşdeğer Petrol) kullanılmaktadır. TEP bir ton petrolün yakılması sonucu açığa çıkan enerjidir. 1 TEP 10,000,000 kcal değerine eşittir. Tüm enerji birimleri TEP birimine dönüştürülebilir. Yıllık enerji tüketimi 1000 TEP üstü endüstriyel işletmelerde 4 yılda bir enerji etüdü yapılması zorunludur. Çalışmamızda yıllık enerji tüketimi 1000 TEP üstü bir sanayi tesisinde enerji etüdü yapılmış, tesisin 3 yıllık enerji tüketimi ve enerji maliyeti ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiş, enerji verimlilik potansiyeli araştırılmış, enerji verimliliğini artıracak ve enerji maliyetini azaltacak önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Etüdü yapılan tesisin üretim ile enerji tüketimi arasındaki ilişki incelenerek regresyon analizi yapılarak enerji denklemi oluşturulmuş ve Spesifik Enerji Tüketimi hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan enerji etüdü sonucunda işletmeye önerilen verimlilik artırıcı projeler ile yıllık 128 TEP enerji tasarrufu ve yaklaşık 2,135,000 TL mali tasarruf sağlanabilmektedir. Projelerin toplam yatırım maliyeti yaklaşık 3,000,000 TL’dir. Ayrıca önerilen verimlilik artırıcı projeler ile yıllık 175.52 Ton CO2 salınımı engellenecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractOur country is a country that is 70% dependent on foreign energy. A large part of our current account deficit consists of energy imports. Since we are dependent on foreign energy, it is very important to use the energy we consume efficiently as well as to find new energy sources. The energy efficiency potential is quite high in the residential and industrial sectors in our country. TOE (Tonne of Oil Equivalent) is used as a common unit in energy. TOE is the energy released as a result of burning one ton of oil. 1 TOE is equal to 10,000,000 kcal. All energy units can be converted to TOE units. It is obligatory to conduct an energy audit every 4 years in industrial enterprises with an annual energy consumption of more than 1000 TOE. In our study, an energy study was conducted in an industrial facility with an annual energy consumption of more than 1000 TOE, the 3-year energy consumption and energy cost of the facility were examined in detail, the energy efficiency potential was investigated, and suggestions were made to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. A regression analysis was made by examining the relationship between production and energy consumption of the facility that was studied, the energy equation was created and the Specific Energy Consumption was calculated. As a result of the energy study, 128 TOE energy savings and financial savings of approximately 2,135,000 TL can be achieved annually with the efficiency increasing projects proposed to the facility. The total investment cost of the projects is approximately 3,000,000 TL. In addition, annual 175.52 tons of CO2 emissions will be prevented with the proposed productivity-enhancing projects.en_US
