Özet
Bu çalışmada sosyolojinin bir alt dalı olan çocukluk sosyolojisine ilişkin olarak yeni yeni ele alınan çocuk ile çocukluk kavramı ve çocukluk sosyolojisinde çocukların farklı çocukluk deneyimleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Çocukluk kavramı çerçevesinde sosyolojinin çocuğu ele alışı ve çocuğun diğer sosyolojik kurumlarla özellikle de aile ve hukuk ile olan ilişkisi ve çocuğa ilişkin sorunlarda devletin hangi boyutta var olduğu ele alınacaktır. Her çocuğun farklı olması ve farklı kültür ve yaşantılar çerçevesinde yetişmesi her çocuğun farklı deneyimlerle hayatı öğrenmesi elbette ki aile, toplum ve devlet ile ilişkilidir. Çocuk ve çocukluk kavramları sosyolojinin alanında daima var olan ve modernleşmeyle birlikte daha çok yer edinecek olan bir olgudur. Yoksulluk, savaş, göçmenlik, ihmal ve istismar, suça sürüklenen çocuklar, korunmaya muhtaç çocuklar, kuşak çatışması ve daha birçok çocuğa ilişkin sorun devleti ve toplumu da ilgilendirmekte olup sosyolojide yer bulmalıdır. Devlet çocuk için ne yapmaktadır ya da sorunlara ilişkin ne gibi çözümler üretmektedir bu konuda çalışmamız literatüre dahil olacaktır. Her çocuğun farklı olması, içine doğduğu ailenin maddi durumu, kültürel yapısı, gelenekleri ve inançları doğrultusunda çocuğu yetiştirmesi her çocuğun birbirinden farklı çocukluk deneyimleri yaşamasının etkenlerinden biridir. Araştırmada, diğer çocuklara göre daha farklı çocukluk deneyimleri yaşamış ya da yaşamak zorunda kalmış, ihmal ya da istismar mağduru olmuş çocuklara yönelik olarak devletin bu mağduriyet durumuna ilişkin tedbir kararı verdiği çocukların ebeveynleri ve bu tedbir kararını uygulayanlar ile yapılan görüşmeler ele alınacaktır. Danışmanlık tedbir kararı ile danışmanlık verilen çocukların çocukluk deneyimleri ve çocuklar ile ilgili devletin yaptıkları ya da yapabilecekleri araştırmamıza konu olacaktır.
In this study, the concept of childhood and the childhood experiences of children at early ages sociology will be emphasized. Within the framework of the concept of childhood, the approach of sociology to the child and the relationship of the child with other sociological institutions, especially with the family and the law and the extent of the state in the problems related to the child will be discussed. Every child should be different and grow within the framework of different cultures and experiences, and each child learns life with different experiences, of course, is related to family, society and state. The concepts of child and childhood are always present in the field of sociology and will gain more place with modernization. The problem of poverty, war, immigration, neglect and abuse, children dragged into crime, children in need of protection, conflict of generations, and many more children are also related to the state and society and should be included in sociology. What the state is doing for the child or what kind of solutions it has about the problems will be included in the literature. The fact that each child is different, that the child is born in the direction of the financial situation, cultural structure, traditions and beliefs of the family is one of the factors that lead each child to have different childhood experiences. In the present study, the parents of the children whose parents have decided to take measures for this state of victimization and the interviews with those who applied this measure will be discussed. The childhood experience of the children who are consulted with the counseling measure and the activities of the state about the children can be the subject of our research.
