dc.description.abstractİşletmeler değişen ve gelişen rekabet ortamında varlıklarını sürdürebilmek adına örgüt yapılarına uygun bir yönetim sistemine ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Farklı sektörlerde, farklı büyüklük ve yapıdaki işletmeler karlılık ve verimliliklerini arttırmak, süreçlerini iyileştirmek, müşteri istek ve beklentilerini karşılamak, rekabet baskısı veya işletme imajını iyileştirmek gibi nedenler ile sertifikalandırılmış bir kalite yönetim sistemi kurmaktadırlar. Küresel anlamda en fazla uygulama alanına sahip olan ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi (KYS) standardı işletmelere hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek için rehberlik sağlar niteliktedir. Ancak yaygın kullanımına rağmen ISO 9001 sistemi birçok uygulayıcı tarafından tam anlaşılamamaktadır. Bazı işletmeler, ISO 9001 KYS’ni sadece bir akreditasyon belgesi olarak görürken bazıları performanslarını geliştirmek konusunda bir araç olarak değerlendirmektedirler. Gerçekleştirilen literatür araştırmasında kalite, toplam kalite yönetimi, üretim performansı, işletme performansı ve ISO 9001 kavramları hakkında çeşitli araştırmalar yapıldığı görülmektedir. Ancak KYS’nin temelini oluşturan sürekli iyileştirme anlayışının üretim ve işletme performansına etkisine yönelik sınırlı araştırma yapıldığı görülmektedir. Müşteri odaklılık, Ar-Ge, inovasyon, dijitalleşme gibi kavramların giderek daha önemli hale geldiği günümüz şartlarında sürekli iyileştirme anlayışı da önemini giderek arttırmakta olup bu durum bu çalışmanın ana motivasyon kaynağı olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışmanın amacı, Konya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde, ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi belgesine sahip imalat yapan işletmelerde sürekli iyileştirme uygulamalarının, işletme performansı ve üretim performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu çerçevede 3 adet hipotez doğrultusunda bir araştırma modeli geliştirilmiştir. Hipotezler doğrultusunda literatürden faydalanılarak oluşturulan anket çalışması Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Etik Kurulu’ndan alınan onaydan sonra uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS paket programı aracılığı ile analiz edilmiş, bulgular doğrultusunda sonuç ve öneriler sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.tableofcontentsThe enterprises need a management system suitable for their organizational structure in order to continue their existence in changing and evolving environment. Enterprises of various sizes and structures with different sectors set up a certified quality management system for reason such as increasing their profitability and productivity, improving their processes, meeting customer needs and requests, competitive pressure or improving the image of the business. The ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standard, which has the largest application area globally, provides guidance to businesses to achieve their goals. However, notwithstanding its widespread use, the ISO 9001 system is not fully understood by many practitioners. While some businesses consider ISO 9001 QMS only as an accreditation document, some consider it as a tool to improve their performance. In the literature research conducted, it is seen that various researches have been made on the concepts of quality, total quality management, production performance, business performance and ISO 9001. However, it is also seen that limited research has been made on the effect of the continuous improvement approach on production and business performance, which forms the basis of the QMS. In today's conditions, where concepts such as customer driven, R&D, innovation and digitalization are becoming increasingly important, the understanding of continuous improvement is also increasing its importance, and this has been the main motivation for this study. In this context, the objective of this study is to investigate the effect of continuous improvement practices on business performance and production performance in companies that have ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate in Konya Organized Industrial Zone. Within this framework, a research model has been developed in accordance with 3 hypotheses. The questionnaire study, which was created using the literature in accordance with the hypotheses, was applied after the approval received from the Ethics Committee of Necmettin Erbakan University of Natural and Applied Sciences. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS software, and conclusions and suggestions were presented accordingly with the findings.en_US
