dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışması, SSCB Donemı Kazakistan'da Din Politikalarını konu edinmektedir. Bu çerçevede birinci bölümde, Çarlık Rusya ve Geçici Hükümet dönemlerinde Kazakistan tarihinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Sovyet rejimi döneminde İslam'a karşı mücadele polikaları neticesinde Kazak toplumu ve tarihinde meydana gelen büyük değişiklikler incelenmiştir. Konunun analizi ve işlenişi tarihsel açıdan ele alınarak, eğitim alanında Sovyet mevzuatı ve Alaş Aydınları'nın mücadeleleri, müslüman eğitim kurumlarına yönelik Sovyet politikaları, II. Dünya Savaş yılları ve sonrası dini durum, Sovyet Hükümetinin din politikasında "Sıcaklık" dönemi, Kazakistan'da "Yeniden İnşa" döneminde dini durum, Rus İmperatorluğu'nun İslam'a karşı politikası hakkındaki görüşleri incelenip ortaya koyulmaya gayret gösterilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis study deals with Religious Policies in Kazakhstan during the USSR.Within this framework, in the first part, the history of Kazakhstan during the periods of Tsarist Russia and the Provisional Government is mentioned. In the second part, the great changes that took place in Kazakh society and history as a result of the policies of struggle against Islam during the Soviet regime are examined. The analysis and elaboration of this issue are considered from a historical point of view, including Soviet legislation in the field of education and the struggle of the Alash intelligentsia, Soviet policy towards Muslim educational institutions. Attempts were made to study and present the views of the Russian Empire on the religious situation during the Second World War and after it, the period of "warmth" in the religious policy of the Soviet Government, the religious situation in Kazakh during the period of "Perestroika", the policy of the Russian Empire towards Islam.en_US
