dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı rehber öğretmenlerde Mesleki Benlik Saygısı, Duygusal Zeka ve Yaşam Doyumlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi ve aralarındaki ilişkinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışma grubundaki rehber öğretmenlerin Mesleki Benlik Saygısı düzeylerini ölçmek için Arıcak (1999) tarafından geliştirilen Mesleki Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Duygusal Zeka düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla Bar-On (1997) tarafından geliştirilen ve Acar (2001) Tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Bar-On Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyum düzeylerini ölçmek için ise Diener, Emmons, Larsen, Griffin (1985) tarafından geliştirilen ve Köker (1991) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Duygusal Zeka alt boyutlarından "Stres Yönetimi" düzeyi 36-57 yaş arası rehber öğretmenlerde 21-35 yaş arası rehber öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Duygusal Zeka alt boyutlarından "Stres Yönetimi" ve "Genel Ruh Hali" düzeyleri bekar rehber öğretmenlerde evli rehber öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. 36-57 yaş arası rehber öğretmenlerin Yaşam Doyumu düzeyleri 21-35 yaş arası rehber öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Bekar rehber öğretmenlerin Yaşam Doyum düzeyi evli rehber öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Hizmet içi eğitim alan rehber öğretmenlerin Yaşam Doyum düzeyi hizmet içi eğitim almayan rehber öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Rehber öğretmenlerde Mesleki Benlik Saygısı ile Duygusal Zeka alt boyutlarından "Kişilerarası İlişkiler" arasında negatif yönlü ve Yaşam Doyumu arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı düzeyde ilişki bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe study aims to investigate Professional Self-esteem, Emotional Intelligence and Life Satisfaction in psychological counselors in terms of various variables and the relationship between them. The Vocational Self-Esteem Scale developed by Arıcak (1999), Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Scale developed by Bar-On (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Acar (2001), The Life Satisfaction Scale developed by Diener, Emmons, Larsen, Griffin (1985) and adapted to Turkish by Köker (1991) was used. The level of "Stress Management" subscale of Emotional Intelligence is higher in psychological counselors between the ages of 36 and 57 than those of 21 and 35. The levels of "Stress Management" and "General Mood" sub-dimensions of Emotional Intelligence are higher in single psychological counselors than those who are married. The Life Satisfaction level of psychological counselors between the ages of 36 and 57 was found to be higher than the psychological counselors between the ages of 21 and 35. The life satisfaction level of single psychological counselors was found to be higher than that of married psychological counselors. The Life Satisfaction level of psychological counselors that received in-service training was found to be higher than that of psychological counselors that did not receive in-service training. There was a significant negative relationship between Professional Self-esteem and "Interpersonal Relations", a subscale of Emotional Intelligence, and a significant positive relationship between in Professional Self-esteem and Life Satisfaction.en_US
