dc.description.abstractEğitime büyük önem veren Osmanlı Cihan Devleti, hâkimiyeti altındaki şehir, kasaba ve köylerde yaşayanların okul ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için varlıklı insanları teşvik etmiş; başta padişah ve üst düzey devlet adamları olmak üzere hayırseverler de binlerce eğitim kurumu yaptırmıştır. Devlet, şehir mimarisinin temel yapılarından olan cami, mescit, mektep, medrese, kütüphane, tekke, zaviye, imaret gibi kurumların belli kurallar çerçevesinde yapılmasına önem vermiştir. Bu sayede geleneksel Osmanlı eğitim sistemi oluşmuş ve zamanla gelişmiştir. Merkezî idare, ihtiyacı olan eğitimli insanı, daha kuruluştan itibaren bu eğitim kurumlarından sağlamıştır. Ülkenin hemen her tarafında olduğu gibi Lârende/Karaman'da da Türk-İslam eğitim kurumları Türkiye Selçukluları ile oluşturulmaya başlanmış; Karamanoğulları ve Osmanlılar bunu devam ettirmişlerdir. Söz konusu eğitim kurumları ile buralardaki görevlilerinin ihtiyaçları için vakıflar tahsis edilmiştir. Vâkıfların hazırlattığı vakfiyelerle kurumun bir nevi tüzüğü oluşturulmuş, uygulanacak eğitim programının da çerçevesi çizilmiştir. Lârende/Karaman şehri bu kurumlar etrafında şekillenmiş, güçlü vakıflara sahip olan eğitim yapıları günümüze kadar ayakta kalabilmiştir. Lârende/Karaman Kenti Osmanlı Klasik Eğitim Kurumlarının Analizi (1600-1839) adlı bu çalışmada; Lârende/Karaman'da günümüze kadar ulaşan eğitim kurumlarının yanında, bugün mevcut olmayan fakat incelenen dönemde faal olan örgün ve yaygın eğitim kurumları da arşiv kaynakları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Böylece geçmişe ait kaybolan bir fotoğrafın parçaları belgelerden tespit edilerek bir araya getirilmiş, anlamlı bir bütün oluşturulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Ottoman Empire, which gave great importance to education, encouraged wealthy people to meet the school needs of the people living in the dominant cities, towns and villages; Thousands of educational establishments have been built by philanthropists, especially the sultan and senior statesmen. The state gave importance within certain rules for the establishment of institutions such as mosque, school, madrasah, library, dervis monastery and zawiya, imaret, which are the basic structures of city architecture. Hence, a traditional Ottoman education system has been formed and developed over time. The central administration has provided the educated people who need it from these educational institutions from the very beginning. As in almost every part of the country on Lârende/Karaman Turkish-Islamic educational institutions in Turkey began to be formed by the Seljuks; Karamanoğulları and the Ottomans continued this. Foundations have been allocated for the needs of educational institutions and officials there. A kind regulation of the association prepared by the foundations was established and the training program to be implemented was framed. Lârende/Karaman city has been shaped around these institutions and the education structures with strong foundations have survived to daylight. In this study called Analysis of Classical Educational Institutions of Ottoman Lârende/Karaman city (1600-1839); In addition to the educational institutions that have reached today in Lârende/Karaman, organized and non-formal education institutions which were active in the analyzed period, but not present today are also examined within the scope of archive resources.en_US
