Özet
Bu tez, Hanefi mezhebinin önde gelen alimlerinden Kudûrî’nin, muhtasar
geleneğinin ilk örneklerinden biri olan ve Hanefi mezhebinin fıkıhta üç temel
kaynağından biri kabul edilen el-Muhtasar isimli eserindeki hadisler tahric ve eserde
kullanılan rivayetlerin otantik değeri tespit edilerek, Kudûrî’nin hadis kullanımına
ilişkin fikir vermesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş bölümünde konu,
amaç ve yöntemden bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde okuyucunun zihninde Kudurî’ye
dair genel bir çerçeve oluşması gayesiyle onun hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri
hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise eserde geçtiği tespit edilen 54 rivayetin
tahrici ve sıhhat değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Eser, telif gayesi itibariyle görüşlerle
birlikte delillerin de aktarıldığı bir mahiyete haiz olmadığı için hadis formatında
nakledilen rivayet sayısı oldukça sınırlıdır. Kudûrî’nin bu şekilde naklettikleri
yanında doğrudan hadis olmasa da eserde metin olarak yer alan fakat hadis
metninden alındığı tespit edilen ibarelerden hareketle Kudûrî’nin kullandığı hadisler
ortaya çıkarılmış ve bu çerçevede bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu hususta onun
diğer eserleri de göz önünde bulundurularak hadisler konusunda en isabetli tespitler
yapılmaya gayret edilmiştir. Bu şekilde tespit edilen elli dört rivayetin önce hadis
literatüründeki yeri, ardından otantik değeri ortaya konuşmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca
ilgili rivayetlerin mezhep içi yaygınlığı hususunda fikir vermesi için, Hanefî literatüre
ait Kudûrî öncesi ve sonrası bazı eserler baz alınarak rivayetlerin kullanıldığı
kaynaklara atıfta bulunulmuştur. Rivayetlerle ilgili tespit edilen sıhhat
değerlendirmeleri ile rivayetlerin Hanefî literatürdeki yerine ilişkin veriler en son bir
tabloya aktarılmış ve sonuç bölümüyle tez tamamlanmıştır
In this thesis, Quduri who is one of the leading scholars of the Hanafi school and the hadiths in the al-Mukhtasar book of which is one the first examples of summary tradition and which is considered as one of the three main works of Hanafi school in fıqh have been examined and the value of the hadiths used in the work has been determined and prepared to give an idea related to the use of hadith by Quduri. The study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction part of the thesis, subject, purpose and method are mentioned. In the first part, the knowledge is provided about the life, scientific personality and works of the Quduri in the mind of reader in order to create a general framework. In the second part, examination of 54 hadiths which were found to be mentioned has been made and situation has been assessed. Since the work was not written for the purpose of conveying the evidences together with opinions and for the purpose of copyright, the number of narratives transferred in the form of hadith is very limited. Besides those transferred by Qudiri in this form, despite they are not hadith, the hadiths used by Kudûrî have been revealed from the phrases which are included in the works as texts, but determined to be quoted from the text of the hadith and an evaluation has been made within this framework. By taking into consideration his other works in this regard, it has been attempted to make the most accurate determinations about hadiths. In addition, in order to give an idea about the in-school prevalence of the hadiths, some references were made based on some works of the Hanafi literature before and after Quduri. The situation assessments related to the hadiths and the data related the place of the hadiths in Hanafi literature have finally been transferred to a table and the thesis has been completed with the result part.
