Ampute Futbol Hakemlerinin İş Tatmini ve İş Performansı İlişkisinin İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ampute futbol hakemlerinin bazı demografik değişkenlere göre iş tatmini ile iş
performansları düzeylerini incelemek ve aralarındaki ilişki durumunu araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın modeli, genel
tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modelidir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2020-2021 yıllarında Ampute Futbol
Liglerinde aktif olarak görev yapan ampute futbol hakemleri oluşturmaktadır. Ulaşılan örneklem grubu (n 86)
evrenin 96’sını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak, Chang ve Chang’ın (2007)
geliştirdiği ve Koca ve Yıldız (2018) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan “İş tatmini ölçeği”, Koca ve Yıldız (2018)
tarafından geliştirilen “İş Performansı Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS
20.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde, ilk olarak betimleyici istatistiksel
metotlar (sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediğini
tespit etmek amacıyla Kolmogorov-Smirnov test sonuçlarına bakılmış olup verilerin normal dağılmadığı
saptanmıştır. Normal dağılım göstermediği için ikili grup karşılaştırmalarında Mann Whitney U Testi, ikiden
fazla grup karşılaştırmaları içinse Kruskal Wallis H Testi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca iş performansı ve iş tatmini
arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla da nonparametrik testlerden olan Spearman Sıra Farkları
Korelasyon Testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi olarak p 0.05 kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; ampute
futbol hakemlerinin iş tatmini ve iş performansı düzeylerinde yaş, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem, meslek medeni
durum değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilememişken; eğitim düzeyi değişkenine göre lisansüstü
eğitim düzeyi lehine anlamlı farklılık (p 0.05) tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca ampute futbol hakemlerinin iş tatmini ve
iş performansı düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this research is to examine the job satisfaction and job performance levels of amputee football referees according to some demographic variables and to investigate the relationship between them. The model of the research is the relational survey model, one of the general survey models. The universe of the research consists of amputee football referees who actively work in Amputee Football Leagues in the years 2020-2021. The reached sample group (n 86) constitutes 96 of the population. "Job satisfaction scale" developed by Chang and Chang (2007) and adapted to Turkish by Koca and Yıldız (2018), "Job Performance Scale" and "Personal Information Form" developed by Koca and Yıldız (2018) were used as data collection tools in the research. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. In the analysis of the obtained data, firstly descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results were examined in order to determine whether the data showed a normal distribution and it was determined that the data were not normally distributed. Since it did not show a normal distribution, Mann Whitney U Test was used for paired group comparisons and Kruskal Wallis H Test was used for comparisons of more than two groups. In addition, Spearman Rank Correlation Test, which is one of the nonparametric tests, was used to reveal the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction. The significance level was accepted as p 0.05. As a result of the research; While no significant difference could be found in the job satisfaction and job performance levels of amputee football referees according to age, marital status, professional seniority, occupational marital status variables; There was a significant difference (p 0.05) in favor of the graduate education level according to the education level variable. In addition, it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the job satisfaction and job performance levels of amputee football referees.
