dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin psikolojik ihtiyaçları, geleceğe ilişkin tutumları ile algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nicel bir çalışma olan bu araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Verileri toplamak amacıyla etik kurul onayı ve kurum izni alındıktan sonra gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 295 kadın (%43,6) 381 erkek (%56,4) olmak üzere toplam 676 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak Yeni Psikolojik İhtiyaçları Değerlendirme Ölçeği, Geleceğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği, Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) paket programına aktarılarak istatistiksel analizler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde bağımsız örneklemler t-testi, One Way ANOVA, Pearson korelasyon analizi, çok değişkenli doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda üniversite öğrencilerinin gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik algısı puan ortalamalarının cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Üniversite öğrencilerinin fakülte/yüksekokul değişkenine göre yapılan karşılaştırma sonucunda; Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik puan ortalamasının hem Mimarlık ve Tasarım Fakültesi hem de Mühendislik ve Doğa Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinden anlamlı derecede daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Üniversite öğrencilerinin gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik algısı puan ortalamalarının sınıf düzeyine göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği ile Geleceğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği alt boyutlarından olumlu ve planlı; Yeni Psikolojik İhtiyaçları Değerlendirme Ölçeği alt boyutlarından başarı, ilişki, özerklik ve başatlık arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği ile Geleceğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği alt boyutlarından kaygılı alt boyutu arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan çok değişkenli doğrusal regresyon analizi sonucunda Geleceğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği alt boyutlarından olumlu ve planlı alt boyutun gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik algısı puanları üzerinde yordayıcı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Yeni Psikolojik İhtiyaçları Değerlendirme Ölçeği alt boyutlarından başarı, ilişki ve özerklik alt boyutunun gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik algısını yordadığı bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is aimed to examine the relationship between university students' psychological needs, their attitudes toward the future, with their employability in the perceived future in this study. A correlational model was used in this research, which is a quantitative study. To collect the data, the data were collected on a voluntary basis after the approval of the ethics committee and the permission of the institution. The study group of the research consisted of 676 students, 295 of whom were women (43.6%) and 381 of whom were men (56.4%). New Psychological Needs Assessment Scale, Future Attitude Scale, Perceived Future Employability Scale, and Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher were used as data collection tools. The data collected in the research were transferred to the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) package program and statistical analyzes were made. Independent samples t-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data obtained. As a result of the research, ıt has been determined that the mean score of university students' perception of future employability does not differ significantly according to gender. As a result of the comparison of university students made according to the faculty/school variable; It was found that the perceived future employability score average of the Vocational School of Technical Sciences students was significantly higher than the students' score of both the Faculty of Architecture and Design and the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. It has been determined that the mean score of university students' perception of future employability does not differ significantly according to class level. In this study, a positive relationship was found between ''positive'' and ''planned'' which are sub-dimensions of the Perceived Future Employability Scale and the Future Attitude Scale, and ''achievement'', ''relationship'', ''autonomy'' and ''dominance'', which are sub-dimensions of the New Psychological Needs Assessment Scale. In addition, a negative relationship was found between the Perceived Future Employability Scale and the anxious sub-dimension of the Future Attitude Scale. As a result of the multivariate linear regression analysis, it was determined that the positive and planned sub-dimensions of the Future Attitude Scale were predictors on the future employability perception scores. Additionally, ''achievement'', ''relationship'' and ''autonomy'' sub-dimensions of the New Psychological Needs Assessment Scale were found to predict future employability perception.en_US
