dc.description.abstractHz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) ve sahabe devrinde günümüzdeki gibi ilimlerin tasnifi olmadığı için, kendi beceriklerine, kapasitelerine göre dini bilgileri öğrenmeye çalışırlardı. Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)'den direk öğrendikleri için, onların aktardıkları rivayetler bugüne kadar gelen ilimlerin baş kaynağı olmaktadır. Sahabiler dünyevi ve uhrevi hayatını ilglendiren ilimleri öğrenmişlerdir. Bu ilimlerin başında da fıkıh gelmektedir. Hanım sahabilerden bazıları tefsir, hadis, akaid, dil bilgisi, tıbbi bilgiler gibi birçok alanda kendilerini göstermişlerdir. Fıkıh alanında da müctehid sayılan hanım sahabiler faaliyette bulunmuştur. Dinin hükümlerini doğru anlayabilme ve aktarabilme, bir meselenin çözümünü bulabilme kapasitesine sahib müctehid ve fakih sahabiler arasında hanım sahabilerin de yer alması sonraki nesillerde fakihe âlimelerin yetişmesine örnek olmuşlardır. Bunlar çok fetva veren, orta derecede fetva veren ve az sayıda fetva veren sahabiler olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Onlardan aktarılan rivayetler de fıkıh ilmindeki hükümlere büyük bir yarar sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada müctehid hanım sahabilerin hayatlarını, ilmi kişilğini, ictihad ve fetva örnekleri incelenmeye gayret gösterildi. Hanım sahabiler ağırlıklı olarak hangi konularda fetva verdiklerini ve görşlerinden hangi mezhebin etkilendiği bildirilmeye çalışıldı. Görüşlerini benimseyen mezheb imamlarının da görüşleri açıklanmaya çalışıldı.en_US
dc.description.abstractHz. Since there was no classification of sciences in the time of the Prophet (pbuh) and the Companions, they tried to learn religious knowledge according to their own skills and capacities. Hz. Since they learned directly from the Prophet (pbuh), the narrations they conveyed are the main source of sciences until today. The Companions learned the sciences related to the worldly and otherworldly life. Fiqh is one of these sciences. Some of the female Companions showed themselves in many fields such as tafsir, hadith, akaid, grammar and medical knowledge. Female Companions, who were considered mujtahids, were active in the field of fiqh. The fact that female Companions were among the mujtahid and jurist Companions who had the capacity to understand and convey the rules of religion correctly and to find a solution to a problem set an example for the training of jurist scholars in the next generations. They are classified as Companions who give a lot of fatwa, give a moderate amount of fatwa, and give a small number of fatwas. The narrations transferred from them also provide a great benefit to the provisions in the science of fiqh. In this study, the lives, scientific personalitiy, ijtihad and fatwa examples of mujtahid female companions were tried to be examined. It was tried to be reported on which subjects the female companions gave fatwas and which sect was affecded by theyir opinions. The views of the sect imams who adopted their views were also tried to be explained.en_US
