dc.description.abstractGeçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de ülkelerin dünya üzerinde egemenliklerini korumaları için yapması gereken en önemli görevleri, sınırlarını oluşabilecek tehditlere karşı korumasıdır. Bu koruma olgusunu oluşabilmesi de savunma tedbirlerinin en iyi şekilde yapılandırılmasıyla mümkündür. Hiç şüphesiz ki bu yapılanmanın en önemli basamağı kullanılmakta olan araç ve mühimmatların sahip olduğu mükemmelliktir. Bu mükemmellik ise birbirini takip eden ve üretimde kullanılan parçaların en uygun olanın belirlenmesiyle oluşacaktır. Bu da parçaların temin edildiği tedarikçilerle sağlanacaktır. Savunma alanındaki teknolojik üstünlük ve zamana ayak uydurmadaki yenilikçi yaklaşım, tedarikçilerin seçiminde baz alınacak kriterlerin tespitinde etkili olacak, ayrıca hem mevcut durum hem de üretim alanında tedarikçilerin kendilerini geliştirmelerinde kıstas teşkil edecektir. Böylelikle ülkelerin güven konusundaki hassasiyetleri de temin edilmiş olacaktır. Bu nedenle öncelik, savunma sanayinde kriterlerin ne olduğunun tespitidir. Daha sonra belirlenen kriterler ışığında alternatifleri seçiminin yapılmasıdır. Bu çalışmada da savunma sanayide kurulu alternatif tedarikçilerin belirlenmesinde çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden Bulanık TOPSİS seçilmiş ve bununla alakalı Konya ilinde belirlenen üretimle alakalı tedarikçiler değerlendirilip, en uygun tedarikçinin seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAs in the past, the most important tasks that countries must do in order to protect their sovereignty in the world is to protect their borders against threats that may occur. The occurrence of this protection phenomenon is possible only through the best configuration of defense measures. Undoubtedly, the most important step of this structuring is the perfection of the vehicles and ammunition being used. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the most suitable parts used in production. This will be provided by the suppliers from which the parts are supplied. Technological superiority in the field of defense and innovative approach to keeping up with the time will be effective in determining the criteria to be based on the selection of suppliers, and will also constitute a benchmark in the development of suppliers both in the current situation and in the production area. Thus, the sensitivity of countries on trust will be ensured. Therefore, the priority is to determine what the criteria are in the defense industry. Then, it is the selection of alternatives in the light of the determined criteria. In this study, Bulanik TOPSIS, one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, was selected in determining alternative suppliers established in the defense industry, and the suppliers related to the production determined in Konya province were evaluated and the most suitable supplier was selected.en_US
