Özet
Tezimizin konusu, Mu'tezilî Müfessir Hâkim el-Cüşemî'nin et-Tehzîb fi't-tefsîr adlı eserinde müşkilü'l-Kur'ân'dır. Müşkil kelimesi sözlükte "karışık, kapalı, gizli, birbirine zıt ve çözümü zor olan" anlamlara gelmektedir. İslami kaynaklarda müşkil; Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in bazı âyetleri arasında ihtilaf, tezat veya tenakuz gibi görünen hususları izah ederken kullanılan bir terimdir. Bu durumları inceleyen ilme de müşkilü'l-Kur'ân denmiştir. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de herhangi bir ihtilaf, tezat veya tenakuzun varlığı kesinlikle söz konusu olamaz. Çünkü Kur'ân Yüce Allah'ın kelâmıdır. Bu nedenle içinde herhangi çelişkili âyet yoktur. Kur'ân'da böyle bir durumun olmadığı ve olmayacağı, Nisa Sûresi 82. âyet başta olmak üzere diğer âyetlerde açıkça bildirilmiştir. Tezimizde müşkilü'l-Kur'ân konusuna açıklık getirmeye, müşkil olduğu düşünülen âyetleri bütün yönleriyle incelemeye çalıştık. Cüşemî'nin bu konuya dair görüşlerini ve çözümlerini inceledik. Tezimiz bir giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan meydana gelmektedir. Çalışmamızın Giriş bölümünde; Araştırmanın Konusu ve Önemi, Araştırmanın Amacı ve Yöntemi ele alınmıştır. Birinci Bölüm'de Cüşemî'nin şahsiyeti, hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, hocaları, öğrencileri, yaşadığı çağa bakışı ve eserleri zikredilmiş; alanında önemli bir yere sahip olan et-Tehzîb fi't-tefsîr adlı eseri hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de müşkilü'l-Kur'ân kavramı üzerinde durulmuş, kelimenin lügat ve terim anlamları, konuyla ilgili önemli kavramlar, müşkilin sebepleri ve bunları giderme yolları, müşkilü'l-Kur'ân ilminin doğuşu ve bu konuda yazılmış eserler incelenmiştir. Üçüncü Bölüm'de ise Cüşemî'nin et-Tehzîb fi't-tefsîr adlı tefsirinde müşkil meselesi altı alt başlık altında incelenmiştir. Müşkilü'l-Kur'ân konusuna açıklık getirmek için ulûmü'l-Kur'ân'a ve bazı tefsirlere değinilmiştir.
The subject of our thesis is mushkil al-Quran in valuable work entitled at-Tahzîb fi't-tafsîr written by the Mu'tazilite mufassir named Hâkim al-Jushami. The word Mushkil in the dictionary means mixed, closed and hidden, opposite to each other and difficult to solve. According to terms, the mushkil is the issues about something that seem to conflict or contradict in terms of the verses of the Qur'an. In fact, there is absolutely no any conflict or contradiction in the Qur'an. Because the Qur'an is the word of Almighty Allah, so there are no contradictory verses in it. The fact that such a situation does not exist and will not exist in the Qur'an has been clearly explained in many verses, especially in the Sūrat al-Nisâʾ 4/82th verse. In our thesis, we tried to explain the mushkil verses in the Qur'an that appear at first glance and to explain the solutions of this issue with the views of Jushami. Our thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction part, we have stated the subject of the research of our thesis, its importance, purpose, method and sources. In the first part, we gave general information about Jushami, by mentioning his personality, life, scientific personality, teachers, students, brief information about the period in which he lived, the works he wrote and his famous work in the field of tafsir, named at-Tahzîb fi't-tafsîr. In the second part of our thesis, we made an introduction about the concept of Mushkil al-Qur'an, and explained the meanings of the word and terminology, the important concepts related to the subject, the reasons for the problem and the ways to solve it, the origin of the science and the works written on it. In the third part, we examined the Müşkil issue under six sub-themes in Jushami's tafsir called at-Tahzîb fi't-tafsîr. In addition, we have found it appropriate to benefit from other sources such as Ulum al-Qur'an and tafsir works on the same topic.
