| dc.description.abstract | Tarih-i Osmanî Encümeni, senesinde Vakanüvis Abdurrahman Şeref'in başkanlığında kurulmuştu. Tarihte derin izler bırakmış bir milletin tarihi ile ilgili çalışmaların yetersizliği, encümenin tesis edilmesindeki temel sebep olarak, encümenin kurucuları tarafından ifade edilmişti. Encümen belli bir nizam dâhilinde yapısını tamamlamış olup esas, dâhili ve şubelere ilişkin talimatlar olmak üzere üç yönetmelik ile işleyişini düzenlemişti. Osmanlı'nın son dönem tesis edilen bir kurumu olarak Tarih-i Osmani Encümeni ve şubelerinden bu çalışmada bahsedilmesinin nedeni, Osmanlı Devleti kültür ve medeniyeti ile kurumlar tarihi açısından bir farkındalık oluşturmak şeklinde izah edilebilir. Bu çalışmada üzerinde duracağımız husus, Tarih-i Osmanî Encümeninin şubelerine ilişkin talimat ve bu talimat sonrasındaki gelişmeler ile ilgili olacaktır. Encümen, bir taraftan merkez teşkilatını tesis ederken, diğer taraftan çeşitli merkezlerde şubeler açmayı planlamıştı. Bu noktadan hareketle, öncelikli olarak Bursa'da encümenin bir şubesi açılmış ve bu şube ile tarihi çalışmalarda merkeze yardımcı olunmaya çalışılmıştır. Merkez teşkilatın kurulmasından iki sene sonra yani 1911 tarihinde, Tarih-i Osmanî Encümeni Bursa Şubesi'nin açıldığı anlaşılır. Bursa vilayeti haricinde yalnız birkaç merkezde, encümen şube tesis edilebilmiştir. Bunlardan biri de Konya'dır. Çalışmada şubenin kuruluş süreci ve amaçlarına yer verilmiştir. Şube, tarih konularında çalışmaları yerel anlamda desteklemek üzere tesis edilirken, bu konuda ciddi oranda ürün ortaya koyamadığı da tespit edilir. Bunun yanında, tarih çalışmalarının daha bilimsel bir çerçevede gerçekleşmesi ve bu konudaki duyarlılığın artırılması bakımından bu türden girişimler önem taşır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Historic Ottoman Committee was founded under the chairmanship of historiographer Abdurrahman Şeref as a result of importance attached to science of history in the last stages of Ottoman Empire. The foundation of committee was one year after the II. Proclamation of Constitutional Monarchy in 1908. One of the most reasons to establish the committee was the lack of a detailed study about the engraving Ottoman history. The committee was arranged with three regulations about the body, interior, and branches. In this study we will focus on Historic Ottoman Committee branches’ regulations and their implications. In this study, we stand on issues, the regulations of branch of Historic Ottoman Committee and subsequent developments will be related to these instructions. Committee, the central organization of the plant from one side, while on the other hand had plans to open branches in various centers. Starting from this point, as a priority, and it opened a branch in Bursa branch of the committee. This branch’s studies have tried to be helpful to centre of committee. When two years after the establishment of the Central Organization, Historic Ottoman Committee Bursa Branch was instituted in 1911. Other than that, only a few centers could be have a Historic Ottoman Committee Branchs. Konya is one of them. In this study examined the process of the establishment of branches and what was the aim of this branch is evaluated. This branch had been established to support local sense of the study of history subjects. But it couldn’t product significantly. Furthermore, such studies very importance so that historic studies could be more scientific. And such historic research increases sensitivity in field of history. | en_US |
