Özet
Din bilim ilişkisi ile ilgili tek tip görüşün olduğu söylenemez. Bu görüş farklılıklarının oluşumu din ve bilimin nasıl konumlandırıldığı ile yakından ilgilidir. İnsanın zihninde oluşan din ve bilim kavramları, bu iki alanın ilişkisini değerlendirmede önemlidir. Din ve bilim ilişkisi, bu açıdan, oldukça öznel değerlendirmelere bağlıdır denebilir. Fakat bu öznel bakış açısından doğan iddiaların bilimsel-felsefi anlamda savunmalması, bu iddialara nesnellik özelliği de katmaktadır. Richard Dawkins, din ve bilimin çatışan iki alan olduğunu bilimsel gerekçelerle açıklamaya çalışmaktadır. Fakat bu bilimsel gerekçelerin, konu dışı bir alanda ve anlamda kullanılması kendisine karşı eleştirileri ortaya çıkartmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Dawkins'in din ve bilim ilişkisine dair iddialarını ve bu iddiaların kendisi tarafından nasıl savunmalduğunu açıklama ve değerlendirme amacındadır.
Unsayable that there is a monotype opinion about the relation of religion and science. This different opinions are closely connected with how positioned the religion and science. The concepts of religion and science that consisted in the mind of human, are important for treatment of relationship this two domains. İn this respect, it can be said that the relationship of religion and science depend quite subjective treatments. But, this claims which arising from this subjective treatment, because are defensible in the meaning of scientific-philosophical, this claims are holder the feature of objectivity. Richard Dawkins try to explain by scientific reasons what religion and science are contradictory domains. However, this reasons leads to for criticism to himself when it used to irelevant sense and domain. This study have the aim of explanation and consideration that Dawkins's claims as to relationship religion and science and how this claims is defended by Dawkins.
