dc.description.abstract“Muhammed eş-Şeybânî’nin el-Hücce Adlı Eserinde Maliki Mezhebine Atfedilen Görüşlerin Tahkiki (İbadetler Bölümü Örneği)” isimli bu tezde İmam Muhammed eş-Şeybânî’nin Maliki mezhebine yönelttiği atıflar değerlendirilmiştir. Tez, giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun önemi, amacı, yöntemi, kaynakları ve sınırları belirtilmiştir. Birinci bölümde İmam Muhammed’in hayatı anlatılmış ve tezin konusu olarak ele alınan eserin özellikleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde el-Hücce adlı eserinin İbadetler bölümünde Maliki Mezhebine yöneltilen atıflar değerlendirilerek araştırmanın asıl bölümü yazılmıştır. Bu bölümde temizlik, namaz, oruç, zekât ve hac konuları ile ilgili atıfların isabetli olup olmadıkları ile tartışılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde yapılan atıfların isabet ve isabetsizlik oranları tespit edilerek bir oran elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis named "The Study of Views Attributed to the Maliki Sect in Muhammad al-Shaybani's al-Hucce (Example of the Worship Section)", Imam Muhammad al-Shaybani's references to the Maliki sect have been evaluated. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the importance, purpose, method, sources and limits of the subject are stated. In the first chapter, the life of Imam Muhammad is explained and the features of the work, which is the subject of the thesis, are explained. In the second part, the main part of the research was written by evaluating the references to the Maliki Sect in the Worships section of his work al-Hucce. In this section, it has been discussed whether the references about cleanliness, prayer, fasting, zakat and hajj are accurate or not. In the conclusion part, the hit and miss rates of the citations were determined and a ratio was obtained.en_US
