dc.description.abstractİslami ilimler tarihi süreç içerisinde çeşitli faktörlerin de etkisiyle gelişime açık olmuştur. Bir ilimdeki çalışmaların üst düzeyde olduğu diğer ilimlerde hiçbir çalışmanın olmadığı bir dönem olmamıştır. İlimleri anlama ve yorumlama noktasında ıstılâhlar büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Her ilim dalı ıstılâhlarıyla, kendi oluşturduğu kavramlarla kendini ifade eder. İslami ilimlerin grift bir yapıya sahip olması, disiplinlerarası çalışmaların yapılmasını ve bu çalışmaların öneminin vurgulanmasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Çalışmamızın konusu fıkıh ve hadîs ilminde müşterek olarak kullanılan terimlerin tespiti ve bu terimlerin son dönemde kazanmış oldukları anlamların mukayeseli bir şekilde açıklanmasıdır. Terimlerin fıkhî anlamları, Hanefî mezhebi ve mezhepteki müftâbih görüşler dikkate alınarak verilmiştir. Tez çalışmamız, fıkıh ve hadîs ilmi arasındaki ilişkinin ne kadar kuvvetli olduğunu; tarihi gelişim sürecinde ıstılâh çalışmalarının neler olduğunu ve hangi dönemlerde yapıldığını; hangi alanlarda ortak olarak kullanılan terimlerin fazla olduğunu; terimlerin sözlük ve ıstılâhi anlamları arasındaki yakınlığı; Hadîs-i şeriflerde, hangi ilim dalındaki anlamıyla kullanıldığını; ortak olarak belirlenen ıstılâhların hangi dönemde fıkıh ve hadîs kitaplarına alındığını göstermesi açısından önem arz etmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIslamic sciences have always been open to development with the effect of various factors in the historical process. There was no period in which there was no study in other sciences where the studies in one science were at the highest level. The Islamic terms are of great importance in understanding and interpreting sciences. Every branch of science expresses itself with its own terms and concepts. The fact that Islamic sciences have an intricate structure brings about the importance of interdisciplinary studies and emphasizing the importance of these studies. In this study, common terms used in the science of fiqh and hadith and the comparative explanation of the meaning of the terms they have gained recently has been determined. The fiqh meanings of the terms, the Hanafi sect and the sect are given in consideration of the most preferred views. Our thesis study investigates various approaches, such as; the strength of the relation between fiqh and hadith science, the studies and the periods of terms during the historıcal development, the particular subjects that have more commonly used terms, the similarity of terms between dictionary and Islamıc term meanings, in which meaning and the relative branch of science of terms are used in hadiths, in which period the common terms had been included in fiqh and hadith books.en_US
