dc.description.abstractKargo taşımacılığında zaman kazanmak, maliyeti düşürmek ve güvenlik amacı ile seyyar insansız hava araçlarının (IHA) kullanımı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak daha pratik ve fonksiyonel cihazların geliştirme çabası devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada mini bir küresel helikopterin tasarımı, imalatı ve uçuş dinamiklerinin denetimi ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada mekanik yapı ve kontrol sistemi itibarı ile daha önce yapılmış benzerlerinden bir takım farkları olan bir tasarım gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistemin tasarımında küesel bir yapı tercih edilmiştir ve bu güvenlik açısından bir takım artı yönler sağlamıştır. Yapılan çalışma ile ortaya çıkan ürün kaldırma kuvvetleri tek pervane ile ve fırçasız bir DA motor ile sağlanırken, yönlendirme servo motor ile yapılmıştır. Ayrıca tek kanatlı motorun kontrolü de servo motor ile sağlanmıştır. Mini küresel helikopterin motorunun itmesi ile ağırlığı arasındaki bağlantı için kontrol sistemi tasarlanmaya çalışılmış ve uygulanması planlanmıştır. Sistem bazı noktalarda tek- kopterlere benzese de yatay eksende hareketi sağlayan mekanizma farklılık göstermektedir. Kargo amacı ile kullanılan ˙IHA sistemlerinde genellikle quadcopter kullanılmakta iken bir takım avantajları nedeniyle farklı bir sistem tasarlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak önerdiğimiz bu modelin bu konuda gelecekte yapılacak ileri çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düsünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn cargo transportation, for gaining time, reduce costs and safety purpose, usage of unmanned aerial vehicle ( UAV) increasing by time. Effort of improving more functional and practical UAVs are still continuing within the technological developments. Spherical mini helicopters are used in many different areas nowadays. In this thesis, design, production and control of the mini helicopters dynamics are involved. In this work, mini helicopter is manufactured but some similar mini helicopters are produced before, however its mechanical design is different from them in some aspects. In this mini helicopter design, spherical structure is preferred and this provide some advantages. This mini helicopter has lift force with main motor and steering is adjusted with two servo motors. These two motors also support to control main motor. As a result of the experiments and simulations, a control system is tried to design which include the relation between thrust force and weight of the mini vi helicopter. Because of its one of the usage purpose is cargo transportation, it is planned to have a lifting force much more than normal unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result, we think that this model that we have designed will contribute to the further work in future.en_US
