dc.description.abstractMichel Foucault Deliliğin Tarihi’nde delilik söylemi üzerinden, Batı düşüncesine hakim olan ve özellikle de 18. yüzyıldan itibaren bir strateji haline gelen düzenleme ve dışlama mekanizmalarını soruşturmuştur. Foucault, “delilik” söyleminin oluşum kurallarını, söylemi oluşturan ilişkiler ağını ve dönüşümleri tartışırken normali ve anormali ayıran edimin niteliğine ulaşmaya çalışmaktadır. Foucault’nun ötekileştirmenin tarihte delilik üzerinde işleyişine dair analizi günümüz toplumlarındaki dışlama mekanizmalarına karşı bir sistem eleştirisi olarak da değerlendirilebilir. Bu çalışmada farklı epistemelerde bir söylem üzerinde konuşabilmemizi ve düşünebilmemizi sağlayan koşulları delilik bağlamında inceleyecek ve toplumsal ötekinin oluşmasında etkin olan stratejik yapı ve güçleri sorgulamaya çalışacağız. Bu sorgulama ile amacımız toplumsal ötekinin oluşumundaki iktisadi, siyasi, dini, tıbbi, sosyal, kültürel ve düşünsel kodları üreten stratejik yapının çağın yeni ötekilik türleri inşasını değerlendirmektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the History of Madness, Michel Foucault looked into the mechanisms of regulation and exclusion, which dominated the Western thought and became a strategy especially since the 18th century, through madness discourse. Foucault tries to reach the quality of the act which distinguishes between normal and abnormal while discussing the formation rules of the "madness" discourse, the network of associations generating the discourse and transformations. Foucault's analysis on the way that otherness works on insanity in history can also be considered as a system criticism against the exclusion mechanisms in contemporary societies. In this study, we will examine the conditions that allow us to talk and think about a discourse in different epistemes within the context of madness and we will try to question the strategic structures and forces that are effective in the formation of the social other. Our aim with this questioning is to evaluate the formation of new otherness types of the age by the strategic structure, which produces economic, political, medical, social, cultural and intellectual codes in the formation of social otherness.en_US
