dc.description.abstractBilimin ve teknolojinin gelişmesine rağmen ders kitapları vazgeçilmez temel eğitim aracıdır. Bu gerçekten yola çıkarak biyoloji öğretiminde biyoloji ders kitaplarının sahip olması gereken kriterler belirlenmeli ve bu kriterlere göre değerlendirilmelidir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından kabul edilen ve Ortaöğretim kurumlarında 2013-2014 öğretim yılında okutulan, biri MEB yayınevine diğeri özel bir yayınevine ait iki biyoloji ders kitabı içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiş, karşılaştırılmış yeterli olup olmadıkları araştırılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Sonuçta özel yayınevine ait ders kitabının, MEB yayınevine ait ders kitabına göre daha iyi olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak bu kitapta da düzeltilmesi gereken bölümlerin bulunduğu belirtilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractDespite the development of science and technology, textbooks are indispensable basic education tools. Therefore the criteria for biology textbooks should be determined and they should be assessed with respect to these criteria. In the present study, two biology textbooks, one is published by Ministry of Education and one is published by a private publishing house, which are accepted by Ministry of Education-National Education Ministry are examined by content analysis method as well as compared. The textbooks were used in 2013-2014 academic year. In conclusion, the textbook which was published by private publishing house is detected better than the other one. On the other hand, the textbook also contains sections which need to be corrected.en_US
