| dc.description.abstract | Futbol 21. yüzyıl itibariyle 200’den fazla ülkede milyonlarca lisanslı sporcu tarafından oynanan, dünyanın en popüler spor dallarından biridir. Futbol günümüzde önemli bir spor branşı olmakla birlikte çok önemli bir sosyal olgu olmuş, toplumsal bir nitelik kazanmıştır. Yönetimsel ve sistemsel birçok eksikliğin sonucu olarak ülkemizdeki altyapıda yetenekli futbolcuların yetiştirilme süreçlerindeki aksaklıklar, yetenekli birçok Türk futbolcusunun fark edilmeden kaybolup gitmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle araştırmada futbol altyapı antrenörlerinin altyapı eğitimine ilişkin karşılaştıkları problemler ve çözüm önerilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde gerçekleştirilmiş olması örneklem yönteminin seçiminde önemli bir etken olmuştur. Bu nedenle araştırmada katılımcıların belirlenmesinde kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırma verileri Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde toplandığından katılımcılarla görüşmeler uzaktan, interaktif iletişim araçları ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Zoom programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, altyapı antrenörlerinin altyapı eğitiminde sporcuların aileleri ile ilgili karşılaştığı sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerine ilişkin düşüncelerinde katılımcıların “Sorunlar” kategorisi altında sırasıyla; “Antrenman Saatleri”, “Yanlış Algı”, “Tedirginlik”, “Kontrolsüz Baskı” ve “Bilgi Yetersizliği” temalarını ifade ettikleri, bu sorunların çözümüne ilişkin “Çözüm Önerileri” kategorisi altında sırasıyla; “Antrenman Saatleri” sorununa yönelik “Antrenmanın Akşam Saatlerine Alınması ve MEB’in ve Okul Yönetiminin Lisanslı Sporcuları İzinli Sayması”, “Yanlış Algı” sorununa yönelik “Akademik Başarısı Yüksek Sporcuların Örnek Gösterilmesi, Sporun Önemi Hakkında Bilgilendirme ve Yeteneğin Fiziksel Gelişimle Doğrusal Olmayabileceğini Anlatma”, “Tedirginlik” sorununa yönelik “Veliler ile Konuya İlişkin Toplantılar Yapılması”, “Kontrolsüz Baskı” sorununa yönelik “Velilerin Sözel ve Davranışsal Olarak Uyarılması” son olarak “Bilgi Yetersizliği” sorununa yönelik “Velilere Seminer Verilmesi” şeklinde görüş bildirdikleri, altyapı antrenörlerinin altyapı eğitimi verdikleri kulüplerin tesisleri ile ilgili karşılaştıkları sorunlara ve çözüm önerilerine ilişkin düşüncelerinde katılımcıların “Sorunlar” kategorisi altında sırasıyla; “Tecrübesizlik”, “Eğitim Eksikliği” ve “Kolay Belge Verilmesi” temalarını ifade ettikleri, bu sorunların çözümüne ilişkin “Çözüm Önerileri” kategorisi altında sırasıyla; “Tecrübesizlik” sorununa yönelik “Başka Bir Antrenör Gözetiminde Çalışma İmkânının Yaratılması”, “Eğitim Eksikliği” sorununa yönelik “Antrenör Eğitimlerinde Verilen İçeriğin Dünya Standartlarına Uygun Olması” son olarak “Kolay Belge Verilmesi” sorununa yönelik “Her Önüne Gelenin Antrenörlük Belgesi Almaması için Antrenörlük Sınavlarının Ciddiyet ve Sorumluluk Bilinciyle Yapılması” şeklinde görüş bildirdikleri, altyapı antrenörlerinin altyapı eğitimi verdikleri kulüplerin yöneticileri ile ilgili karşılaştıkları sorunlara ve çözüm önerilerine ilişkin düşüncelerinde katılımcıların “Sorunlar” kategorisi altında sırasıyla; | dc.description.abstract | Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, played by millions of licensed athletes in more than 200 countries as of the 21st century. Although football is an important sport branch today, it has become a very important social phenomenon and gained a social quality. As a result of many managerial and systemic deficiencies, the disruptions in the training processes of talented football players in the infrastructure of our country cause many talented Turkish football players to disappear unnoticed. For this reason, it is aimed to investigate the problems and solution suggestions faced by football infrastructure coaches regarding infrastructure education in this research. The fact that the research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic process has been an important factor in the selection of the sampling method. For this reason, easily accessible sampling method was used to determine the participants in the study. Research data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. Since the research data were collected during the Covid19 pandemic, interviews with the participants were conducted remotely, with interactive communication tools. Zoom program was used to collect the research data. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the content analysis method. According to the results of the research, the problems faced by the youth coaches regarding the families of the athletes in the infrastructure training and their thoughts on the solution proposals are under the category of “Problems”, respectively; Under the category of “Solution Suggestions” for the solution of these problems, in which they express the themes of “Training Hours”, “Misperception”, “Anxiety”, “Uncontrolled Pressure” and “Insufficient Knowledge”; For the problem of “Training Hours”, “Taking Training to Evening Hours and Allowing Licensed Athletes by the Ministry of National Education and School Administration”, “Example of Athletes with High Academic Success, Informing about the Importance of Sports and Explaining that Talent May Not Be Linear with Physical Development” for the problem of “Misperception”, “Meetings with Parents on the Subject” for the problem of “Irritability”, “Verbal and Behavioral Warning of the Parents” for the problem of “Uncontrolled Pressure”, and finally, “Giving a Seminar to the Parents” for the problem of “Lack of Information”, infrastructure coaches. In the opinions of the participants about the problems they encounter with the facilities of the clubs they give and their solution suggestions, under the category of “Problems”, respectively; Under the category of “Solution Proposals” for the solution of these problems, in which they express the themes of “Insufficient Installation” and “Budget”, respectively; “Opening Facilities According to Certain Conditions, Building Functional Facilities, Equipping Facilities with Technological Opportunities, Consulting Experts in the Construction of Facilities, Providing Nutrition and Shelter Opportunities in Facilities, Opening Schools for Athletes to Study Inside the Facilities” for the problem of “Insufficient Facility” and finally to the “Budget” problem. Under the category of “Problems”, the participants expressed their opinions as “Allocating More Budget to Infrastructure and Establishment of an Infrastructure Expenditure Control Unit” by the TFF, and in their thoughts on the problems faced by the infrastructure coaches regarding the practices of the Football Federation in infrastructure training and on the solution proposals; Under the category of “Solution Suggestions” for the solution of these problems, in which they expressed the themes of “Economic Distress”, “Wrong Policy” and “Insufficient Education”; For the problem of “Economic Distress”, “Providing Unrequited Financial Support, Allocating a Share of the Money Spent to the A Teams, Providing Financial Support for the Construction of Facilities, Training and Competition Clothes, Giving Incentives to the Infrastructure Compared to the Players Removed by the Clubs from their Infrastructure”, “Problems” of the participants in their thoughts on the problems faced by the youth trainers regarding the adequacy of the trainers who provide infrastructure training and in which they expressed their opinion as “Qualified Training for Young Age Groups and Coaches” on the problem of “Insufficient Education”. Under the category, respectively; Under the category of “Solution Suggestions” for the solution of these problems, in which they express the themes of “Inexperience”, “Lack of Education” and “Easy Documentation”; “Creating the Opportunity to Work under the Supervision of Another Trainer” for the problem of “Inexperience”, “Conformity of the Content Given in Trainer Trainings to World Standards” for the problem of “Lack of Education” Under the category of “Problems”, the participants expressed their views on the problems they encountered with the managers of the clubs where the infrastructure coaches gave infrastructure training, and on the solution suggestions; Under the category of “Solution Suggestions” for the solution of these problems, in which they express the themes of “Ignorant Management”, “Problem of Style”, “Vision” and “Delay in Payment of Salary”; For the problem of “Ignorant Management”, “Most of the Managers Do Not Come From Sports, so They Get Training in the School Environment on Sports Management”, “Providing Communication Training for Managers in Human Relations” for the problem of “Style Problem”, “Infrastructure Problems in Football and For These Problems” for the problem of “Vision” It is possible to produce constructive solutions with managers who have a football background who are firmly committed to the future goals of the club, and lastly, on the problem of “delay in payment of salaries”, it is stated that “A separate allowance should be created for club stakeholders so that managers do not delay their salary payments”. Under the category of “Problems”, the participants’ thoughts on the problems they encountered in the province where they gave education and their solution proposals were respectively; Under the category of “Solution Suggestions” for the solution of these problems, they express the themes of “Differentiation of the Regional Structure in terms of Transportation, Weather Conditions, Facilities and Culture”, “Insufficient Facilities”, “Not Providing Financial Support” and “Not Providing Equal Opportunities”; “Construction of New Facilities, Strengthening or Diversification of Existing Facilities” for the problem of “Differentiation of Regional Structure in terms of Transportation, Weather Conditions, Facilities and Culture”, It has been determined that they have expressed an opinion on the problem of “Not Providing Financial Support” as “Providing Financial Support to Clubs by Sponsors or Municipalities” and finally “Providing Equal Opportunities for Every Club as a State Policy and Checking Whether These Opportunities Are Provided” on the problem of “Not Providing Equal Opportunities”. | en_US |
