dc.description.abstractBu çalışma İmam Züfer'in Hanefî mezhebinde müftâ-bih olan görüşlerini ve delillerini incelemektedir. Bu görüşler tespit edilirken, konuya munhasıran yazılan Hâmevî'nin "Ukûdu'd-dürer", Pîrîzâde'nin "el-Kavlü'l-ezher", Abdüllâtif el-Molla'nın "Vesiletü'z-zafer" adlı eserleri ile İbn Âbidîn'in "Reddü'l-Muhtâr" adlı eserinin nafaka bahsindeki bilgiler esas alınmıştır. Araştırma sonunda İmam Züfer'in mezhepte müftâ-bih olduğu öne sürülen toplamda 30 görüşünden 19'unun kendisine ait olup mezhepte müftâ-bih sayıldığı, 7'sinin kendisine ait olmakla beraber müftâ-bih sayılmasının tartışmalı olduğu ve 4'ünün kendisine nispetinin tartışmalı olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bunlar incelenmiştir. İmam Züfer'in bu meseleler hakkındaki görüşleri, hem mezhep içindeki diğer imamların görüşleriyle hem de diğer mezhep imamlarının görüşleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu mukayese esnasında mezhebi temsil niteliğine sahip ilk el bilgilere ulaşabilmek amacıyla, her mezhebe ait temel eserlere müracaat edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the views and arguments of Imam Zufer in the Hanafi sect as muftâbih (preferred). When these opinions are determined, the informations in the specially written works for the subject Hâmevî's "Ukûdu'd-dürer", Pîrîzâde's "al-Kavlu'l-ezher", Abdüllatif al-Molla's "Vesiletüz-zafer" and the alimony issue of Ibn Abidin's "Reddul al-Muhtār" are based on. At the end of the research, it has been determined Of the total 30 opinions, 19 belonged to him and he was considered as a mufta-bih for the denomination, 7 for being a mufta-bih with his own, and the controversial claim that 4 belongs to him is controversial.. İmam Züfer's views on these issues are compared with the views of other imams in the sect as well as the views of other sect imams. During this comparison, basic works belonging to each sect were applied in order to reach the first hand information which has a representative nature of sect.en_US
