| dc.description.abstract | Yalın üretimin hedefi ilk bakışta her ne kadar maliyeti minimum değere indirgemek gibi görünse de aslında üretim akış zamanı ile yalın üretim pazarına sunma sürelerini minimum değere çekmek, aynı zamanda da kaliteyi yükselterek müşterinin talep ettiği ürünleri, müşterinin talepte bulunduğu zamanda müşteriye sunabilmektir. Bu çalışmada işletmelerin yalın üretim çalışmalarına başlama sebepleri ve yalın üretimi uygulamaları esnasında önlerine çıkan sorunların tespitini ise anket formu aracılığı ile belirlenmiştir. Ankette toplam 28 adet soruya yer verilmiştir. Ankette önem derecesine göre sıralama ve yoruma açık olmak üzere 3 farklı soru tipi sorulmuştur. Bu yapmış olduğumuz çalışmadan elde edilen verilere göre yalın üretim uygulamalarındaki en büyük engel çalışanların, yeni sisteme karşı direniş göstermeleridir. Diğer engeller ise stoksuz çalışılacağı için taleplere karşılık verilemeyeceği düşüncesi, çalışanların işten çıkartılacakları endişesi taşımaları, yalın üretim sisteminin kendi firmalarına uygun bir sistem olmadığı düşüncesi, büyük boyutlu seri imalata uygun makinelerin değiştirilmesinin gerekliliği ve firma bünyesinde değişime uygun istekli bir lider bulunamaması olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yalın üretim ancak bütün çalışanların etkili bir şekilde katılımıyla gerçekleştirilebileceği için, sistemin sağlıklı bir durumda işlemesi bütün çalışanların huzurlu ve istekli bir şekilde sisteme adapte olması ile sağlanabilir. Bu da yalın üretimin sistemi mantığının çalışanlara doğru bir şekilde aktarılmasıyla gerçekleştirilebilir. Çalışanların, yalın üretimi fazla iş gücünü ortaya çıkarıp bu iş gücünü işten çıkarmak olarak görmesi mutlaka engellenmelidir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Although the goal of lean production seems to be to reduce the cost to a minimum, in fact it is actually minimize the time it takes to deliver to the lean manufacturing market with the production flow time. Additionally, it is also aimed to raise the quality of the products requested by the costumers and to present the customer whenever they are requested. In this study, the reasons of the organizations for start-ups of lean manufacturing operations and the problems that they encountered during lean production applications were determined through questionnaire form. The questionnaire had 28 questions. Three different questions were asked in the questionnaire, and these questions were ranking by importance and open to comment. According to the results of this study, the greatest obstacle in the application of lean production was resistance of the employees to the new system. The other obstacles were the thought that it is not possible to respond to requests due to work without stool, anxiety in employees being removed from work, the thought that the lean production system is not an appropriate system for company, the necessity of machines suitable for large-scale batch manufacturing, and inability to find a changeable leader in the firm. Since lean production can only be realized with the effective participation of all employees, the process of maintaining the system in a healthy state can be achieved by all the employees are adapting to the system in a peaceful and willing manner. Therefore, this can be accomplished by transferring the logic of the lean production system to employees. It is absolutely prohibited for employees to view lean manufacturing as a way of finding more work power and taking this work out of business. | en_US |
