| dc.description.abstract | İslam dininin beş temel esasından birisi olan hac ibadetiyle en temel konulardan birisi hac kafilelerinin ve ibadetinin yönetilmesidir ki bu müessese İslam Kurumlar Tarihi’nde “Hac Emirliği” olarak ifade edilmiştir. Halife tarafından atanan hac emîri her dönemde ehemmiyet arz eden bir statüde bulunmuştur. Hz. Peygamber (sav) önce ilk hac emirini atamış sonra da Vedâ haccını yaparak hem örnek olmuş hem de kurumsallaşmayı başlatmıştır. Ondan sonra gelen Hulefâ-i Raşidîn döneminde ise halifeler hac kafilesini genellikle bizzat idare etmişler, kendilerinin hac yaptırmaya imkân bulamadığı durumlarda ise bir hac emîri tayin etmişlerdir. Emevî halifeleri ise nadiren hacca gitmiş ve genellikle Ümeyyeoğullarından birini hac emîri atamışlardır. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde Hac Emirliği’nin ortaya çıkışı ve kurumsallaşma süreci ele alınmıştır. Hacıların yöneticisi olarak hac emîri, hac kafilesini hazırlama, devletin başkentinden alıp hacca götürme ve beldelerine geri getirme, seyahat esnasında düzenini sağlama, tehlikelere karşı koruma, suçluları cezalandırma, gibi birçok önemli vazifeyi yürütmekle mükelleftir. Ayrıca o, Mekke’ye ulaştıktan sonra Arafat vakfesinin zamanında yapılması, hac hutbelerinin okunması, Müzdelife, Minâ ve Cemerât’taki görevlerin yerine getirilmesi, Kâbe’nin tavaf edilmesi ve hac ibadetiyle alakalı bütün menâsikin doğru bir şekilde yapılmasını sağlamakla yükümlüdür. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise Hac Emirliği’nin kurumsal yapısı ele alınmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the most fundamental subjects related to the pilgrimage, which is one of the five basic principles of the religion of Islam, is the management of pilgrimage convoys and worship, which is referred to as the "Hajj Emirate" in the History of Islamic Institutions. The amir al-hajj appointed by the caliph had an important position in every period. The Prophet (saas) first appointed the first amir al-hajj and then made the Farewell pilgrimage, setting an example and initiating institutionalization. In the period of the Rashidun Caliphs, who came after him, the caliphs generally managed the pilgrimage convoys themselves and appointed an amir al-hajj when they could not find the opportunity to make the pilgrimage. The Umayyad caliphs rarely went on a pilgrimage and usually appointed one of the Umayyads as an amir al-hajj. In the first part of our study, the emergence of the Hajj Emirate and the institutionalization process are discussed. As the director of the pilgrims, the amir al-hajj is responsible for carrying out many important duties such as preparing the pilgrimage convoy, taking it from the capital of the state to the pilgrimage and returning it to their destinations, maintaining order during the journey, protecting against dangers, punishing the criminals. In addition, after reaching Mecca, he is responsible for making the Arafat waqfah is on time, the reading of the pilgrimage sermons, the duties in Muzdalifah, Mina and Jamarat are completed, circumambulating the Kaaba and related to all the pilgrimage rituals correctly.
