| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada doku maturasyonu ve yara iyileşmesi üzerine olumlu etkisi olacağı düşünülen plateletten zengin plasmanın, deneysel olarak oluşturulmuş barsak anastomozuna etkisini araştırmak amaçlanmış ve doku yapıştırıcısı olarak kullanılan Bioglue ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla; Her grupta 10 adet olacak şekilde ratlar 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Birinci gruba (Kontrol grubu) laparotomi, kolokolik anastomoz yapılmıştır. İkinci gruba (PRP grubu) laparotomi, kolokolik anastomoz, ve anastomoz hattına plateletten zengin plasma uygulanmıştır. Üçüncü gruba (Bioglue grubu) laparotomi, kolokolik anastomoz ve anastomoz hattına Bioglue uygulanması işlemi yapılmıştır. Tüm ratlar post operatif 7. Günde relaparatomiye alınmış, anastomoz kalitesini değerlendirmek için anastomoz patlama basıncı, anastomoz hattında hidroksiprolin seviyesi kriter olarak alınmıştır. Kontrol ve Bioglue grubuna göre anastomoz patlama basıncı ve doku hidroksiprolin seviyesinin artması verilerine dayanarak, PRP'nin yara iyileşmesine olumlu katkı sağladığı kabul edilmiştir. PRP'nin kolokolik anastomozlarda ayrılma riskini azaltmak amacıyla kullanılabileceği fikrindeyiz. Yapılacak klinik ve deneysel çalışmalar konuya daha fazla açıklık getirecektir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to research the effect of platelet-rich plasma which is considered to have a positive effect to tissue maturation and wound healing, to bowel anastomosis which was created experimentally and it was also compared with Bioglue which is used as tissue adhesive. For this purpose; rats were seperated into three groups with 10 rats in each group. Laparotomy and colocolic anastomosis were applied to the first group (Control group). Laparotomy, colocolic anastomosis and platelet-rich plasma to the anastomosis line were applied to the second group (PRP group). Laparotomy, colocolic anastomosis and Bioglue to the anastomosis line were applied to the third group (Bioglue group). All of the rats were taken into relaparatomy in the post-operative day 7 and anastomosis bursting pressure and the level of hydroxyproline in anastomosis line were determined as criterion for evaluating the quality of anastomosis. It is accepted that PRP makes positive contribution to wound healing, based on the fact that anastomosis bursting pressure and tissue hydroxyproline levels were increased compared to the Control and Bioglue Groups. We consider that PRP could be used for reducing the risk of separation in colocolic anastomosis. Further clinical and experimantal studies would shed more light to the subject | en_US |
