dc.description.abstractFıkıh usûlü ve nahiv usûlü arasındaki ilişkinin ele alındığı bu çalışmada her iki usûl arasındaki ilişki boyutları incelenmiş ve aralarındaki benzer ve farklı yönler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma bir giriş, üç bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, önemi, amacı ve kapsamı üzerinde durulmuş ve çalışmanın kaynaklarına yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde fıkıh ve nahiv ilimleri arasındaki ilişki boyutlarının genel çerçevesi incelenmiştir. Nahiv ve fıkıh usûlü ile nahiv usûlü ve fıkıh usûlü arasındaki ilişkiye değinilmiştir. Ayrıca her iki usûldeki telif yöntemi, dilin kökeni, hükümler, lafızların anlama delaleti ve müctehidin şartlarına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde bu iki usûlde geçen ve naklî deliller olan Kitap, Sünnet ve icmâ delillerinin mahiyetleri, şartları, delil oluşları ele alınarak bu deliller arasındaki benzer ve farklı yönler incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde her iki usûlde bulunan ve aklî deliller olan kıyas, istihsân ve istishâb delillerinin mahiyetleri, türleri şartları ve delil oluşları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca her iki usûldeki delillerin teâruzu ve tercih yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmında da bu araştırmayla elde edilen neticelere yer verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, which deals with the relationship between jurisprudence and Arabic grammar methodology (nahiv), the dimensions of the relationship between the two methods were examined and similar and different aspects were tried to be put forward. This study consists of an introduction, three sections and a result. In the introduction, the subject, importance, purpose and scope of the study are determined and the sources of the study are included. In the first chapter, the general framework of the dimensions of the relationship between fiqh and nahiv is examined. The relation between Nahiv and jurisprudence and nahiv methodology and jurisprudence is mentioned. In addition, the use and origin of language, rulings (ahkam), the indication of the text to the meaning and the conditions of the mujtahid are given in both methodologies. In the second part, the similarities and differences between these methodologies are examined by taking into account the nature, conditions and evidence of the Book (Quran), Sunnah and consensus (ijmâ) proofs in these two methods. In the third chapter, the nature of the proofs found in both methods, namely analogy (kiyas), istihsan and istishab are examined. In addition, the preference methods during the conflict of evidences in both methodologies are discussed. In the conclusion part, the results obtained by this research are included.en_US
