dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada evlenme biçimleri, Beyşehir örneğinde, sosyo-kültürel değişme bağlamında incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılan çalışmada bulgular, 24 katılımcı ile nitel araştırma deseninde tasarlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmelerden elde edilerek betimsel analiz tekniğiyle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk iki bölümünde konuyla ilgili kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçeve ele alınmıştır. Bu doğrultuda; toplumsal ve sosyo-kültürel değişme, aile ve evlilik kurumu, evlenme biçimleri gibi temel olgulara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde araştırmanın metodolojisi, dördüncü bölümünde ise araştırma bulguları ve bunlara dair yorumlamalar aktarılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, Beyşehir’de sosyo-kültürel değişmelere bağlı olarak evlenme biçimlerinin, “görücü usulü” gibi ailenin ve yakın çevrenin müdahil olduğu evliliklerden bireylerin kendi seçimlerinin belirleyici olduğu, menfaatin ve maddiyatın ön planda tutulduğu evlenme biçimlerine doğru bir değişime uğradığı görülmüştür. Aile, akraba, komşu gibi yakın çevreden ve erken yaşlarda gerçekleştirilen evliliklerin yerini, okul, üniversite, iş ve arkadaş çevresi gibi daha farklı ve geniş çevrelerden, geç yaşlarda yapılan evliliklere bırakma eğiliminin arttığı bilgilerine ulaşılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, marriage patterns were examined in the context of socio-cultural change in the Beyşehir example. The qualitative research method was used, and the research findings were obtained from semi-structured interviews which were done with 24 participants. As well as the descriptive technique was used to analyze the data. In the first two parts of the study, the conceptual and theoretical framework related to the subject has been discussed. In this part; basic facts such as social and socio-cultural change, family and marriage institutions, and forms of marriage are included. In the third part of the study, the methodology of the research, as well as in the fourth part, the research findings and interpretations are included. As a result of research, it has been found that depending on socio-cultural changes in Beyşehir, the forms of marriage have changed from "arranged marriages" in which most families were involved, to autonomous or self-selected marriages in which individuals themselves are involved to select their spouse. In this type of marriage, material benefits and interests are the priorities. In addition, marriages that took place among families and close relatives have been replaced by marriages that now take place in different and wider relationships such as among school and university friends or colleagues. The marrying age is also increased. Marriages, which usually took place at younger ages and with the intervention of families, are now performed more at older ages.en_US
