dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Marmara bölgesinde Bursa ilinin bir ilçesi olan Yenişehir’in ilçe merkezi ve bazı köylerindeki tarihi yapılarını konu edinmektedir. Yenişehir merkez ve köylerinde bulunan yapıların tespiti için ilk olarak literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Saha çalışması yapılarak, altı camii, bir çeşme, dört hamam, üç konut, bir külliye, yedi mezar taşı, bir saat kulesi, iki türbeden oluşan yirmi beş yapı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma dört ana kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm ‘Giriş’ başlığı altında ‘Konunun Tanımı ve Sınırları’, ‘Metot ve Düzen’, ‘Konu Hakkında Araştırmalar ve Yayınlar’, ‘Yenişehir Coğrafyası’ ve ‘Yenişehir Tarihi’, belli bir sıralamaya göre anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde katalog başlığı altında yapı türleri alfabetik sıraya göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Yapı türleri kendi arasında ise kronolojik sıraya göre düzenlenmiştir. Mimari eserler tarihleri, malzeme, teknik, plan ve mimari, süsleme özelliklerine göre anlatılmıştır. Günümüze ulaşamayan yapılar arşiv ve kaynak taramalarıyla tespit edilip yapılar ile ilgili bilgiler bugün mevcut olmayan yapılar başlığı altında verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ‘Değerlendirme’ başlığı altında yapılar tipoloji, plan tipleri, malzeme ve teknik, mimari, süsleme özelliklerine göre incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ‘sonuç’ başlığı adı altında Yenişehir’deki tarihi yapıların değerlendirme bölümündeki bulgularla Osmanlı mimarisi ve sanatındaki önemi gösterilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the historical buildings in the district center and some villages of Yenişehir, a district of Bursa province in the Marmara region. In order to determine the structures in the center of Yenişehir and its villages, a literature review and archive work was carried out first. A total of 25 buildings were identified, including six mosques, a fountain, four baths, three residences, a complex, seven tombstones, a clock tower, and two tombs. The study consists of four main parts. In the first chapter, under the title of "Introduction", "Definition and Limits of the Subject", "Method and Order", "Research and Publications on the Subject", "Geography of Yenişehir" and "History of Yenişehir" are explained in a certain order. In the second part, building types are classified in alphabetical order under the catalog title. The building types are arranged in chronological order among themselves. Architectural works are explained in detail according to their dates, materials, techniques, plans and architectural, ornamental features. The structures that did not survive today were identified by means of archives and source scans, and the information about the structures was given under the title of structures that do not exist today. In the fourth chapter, under the title of 'result', the importance of historical buildings in Yenişehir in terms of Turkish architecture and art is shown.en_US
