dc.description.abstractÇalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmamızın konusu, önemi ve kaynaklarına dair değerlendirmeler yer almıştır. Sahâbenin fıkıh tarihindeki konumuna işaret eden birinci bölümde öncelikle 'fakih sahâbe' kullanımına dair değerlendirmeler yer almıştır. Bunun yanında sahâbenin fıkhî birikim elde etme süreci ile sonraki nesillerin müracaat kaynağı olacak bilgi üretme çabaları ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra ise Hz. Ömer döneminde başlayan fakih sahâbe hareketliliği ve bunun sonucunda ortaya çıkan fıkıh merkezleri selef-halef irtibatları özelinde incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Kûfe fıkıh merkezi birikiminden etkilenerek fıkhî görüşlerini ortaya koyan ve aynı zamanda mezhebin kurucusu olan Ebû Hanîfe'nin fıkhında sahâbe etkisi ele alınmıştır. Bunun için öncelikle Ebû Hanîfe'nin sahâbî kavline bakışını daha sonra ise fıkhî görüşlerinin dayanaklarını içeren en erken tarihli eser olması bakımından Ebû Yûsuf'un el-Âsâr'ı özelinde sahâbe etkisini ortaya çıkaran konuları tespit edilmiştir. Bu konular çerçevesinde Ebû Hanîfe'nin benimsediği görüşlerde sahâbe etkisini ortaya konmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study consists of an introduction and two sections. In the introduction, the subject, importance and sources of the study are evaluated. The first section focusing on the place of the Sahabah in the history of Islamic law examines different usages of the term "faqih Sahabi". This section also discusses the processes in which fiqhi knowledge is produced by the Sahabah whose activities have a normative force on the later generations of the Muslim societies, the mobility of the Sahabah that started during the reign of Umar, the second caliph, and the regions that emerged as the loci of the fiqhi knowledge as a result of this mobility with special emphasis on teacher-student contacts. The second part examines the effect of the Sahabah on the fiqhi thought of Abu Hanifa, the founder of the Hanafi Madhhab, whose fiqhi opinions are widely considered to have been formed under the influence of Kufan fiqh. For this, the issues that might provide ample data to analyze the effect of the Sahabah on the fiqhi thought of Abu Hanifah in Kitab al-Asar of Abu Yusuf, the earliest work that reveals the sources of Abu Hanifah's fiqhi opinions and his approach to the opinions of the Sahabah (qawl al-sahabi) are determined. Afterwards, through these issues the effect of the Sahabah on Abu Hanifah's fiqhi thought is discussed.en_US
