dc.description.abstractGünümüzün icra anlayışında aranan klasik icranın dışındaki tınılar, geleneksel icra anlayışı ile birlikte denenmeye başlanmış ve teknik anlamda yeni arayışları beraberinde getirmiştir. Sürekli gelişim içerisinde olan icra teknikleri, yeni tınılarla birlikte genç icracıları da etkileyerek modern icra anlayışını oluşturmuştur. Böylelikle icra anlayışı her yeni dönemde kendisini geliştirerek farklı üslup ve teknikler geliştiren icracıları beraberinde getirmiş, yeni teknik ve metotları ortaya çıkarmakla birlikte genç kuşaklar içinde yeni metot ve teknik ihtiyacını oluşturmuştur. Günümüzde geleneksel icra ve kendine has tavrı ile dikkat çeken en önemli icracılardan bir tanesi Yurdal Tokcan’dır. Geçmişten günümüze kadar gelmiş ud icrasında kullanılan farklı çalım teknikleri ile birlikte modern çalım teknikleri ve kendine özgü tavır anlayışıyla günümüz ud icrasını ve icracılarını derinden etkilemiş olan Yurdal Tokcan’ın eserlerinin analizleri yapılarak ortaya çıkan bu çalışmada, hem icra anlayışındaki yeni tınıları ve gerekse besteciliğinde kullandığı özgün melodilerini gelenek ile birleştirmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Eser ve literatür taraması ile başlayan çalışma, ilk olarak ud icraları ve teknikleri ile geçmişten günümüze bir ekol haline gelmiş üstatların hayat hikayeleri ve icra özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Devamında, kendine özgü tavır anlayışı ile genç kuşak için bir ekol olan Yurdal Tokcan’ın besteleri akort düzeni, ses sahası, melodik örgü, melodik ve ritmik yapı bakımından ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Analizleri yapılmış eserler mesleki müzik eğitiminde bulunan ud eğitimcileri ile görüşme formu paylaşılarak, eserlerin ud eğitiminde kullanılması en uygun dönemler belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe timbres other than classical performance sought in today's performance understanding have been tried together with the traditional performance understanding and have brought along new searches in technical terms. Performance techniques, which are in continuous development, have created a modern understanding of performance by influencing young performers along with new tones. Thus, the understanding of performance brought along the performers who developed different styles and techniques in each new period, and created the need for new methods and techniques among the younger generations, while revealing new techniques and methods. Yurdal Tokcan is one of the most important performers who draw attention with his traditional performance and unique attitude. In this study, which emerged by analyzing the works of Yurdal Tokcan, who has deeply influenced today's oud performance and performers with different playing techniques used in oud performance from the past to the present, as well as modern playing techniques and his unique attitude, this study examines both the new timbres in his understanding of performance and the original tones he used in his composition. He combined his melodies with tradition. Qualitative research model was used in the research. The study, which started with the work and literature review, firstly included the oud performances and techniques, and the life stories and performance characteristics of the masters who have become a school from the past to the present. Afterwards, Yurdal Tokcan's compositions, which is a school for the younger generation with its unique attitude, are examined in terms of tuning, sound field, melodic weave, melodic and rhythmic structure. By sharing the interview form with the oud trainers who are in vocational music education, the most suitable periods for the use of the works in oud education were determined.en_US
