dc.description.abstractGeçmişten günümüze edinilen tecrübeler göstermiştir ki; tehlikeli maddelerden ve bunların lojistiğinden kaynaklanan risklerin minimize edilmesi, kontrol altına alınabilmesi, insan ve çevre için emniyet ve güvenliğin sağlanabilmesi ancak belirli düzenlemeler ve direktifler çerçevesinde yapılması ile mümkün olabilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda düzenlenen uluslararası anlaşma ve sözleşmelere Türkiye'nin taraf olması ile birlikte tehlikeli madde lojistiğinde uluslararası uyum süreci başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de tehlikeli madde lojistik sektörü analizi için taraf olunan uluslararası anlaşmalara uyum sürecinin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda gereksinimler tespit edilmiş ve bu gereksinimler 5'li likert ölçekte hazırlanan önermeler ile sektör tarafları olan TMGD, eğiticiler ve TMFB sahibi işletmelere anket ile sunulmuştur. Elde edilen verilere SPSS 18.0 paket programı ile analiz edilerek katılım oranları değerlendirilmiş ve önermeler için yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda dört faktör oluşmuştur. Bu faktörler, değişken grupları olarak ele alınan; TMGD, eğiticiler ve TMFB sahibi işletmeler; tehlikeli maddeler üzerine eğitim alanlar ve almayanlar; yurtiçi ve uluslararası işletmeler; danışmanlık hizmeti alan ve almayan işletmeler; sektördeki hizmet süreleri; Türkiye bölgeleri arasında T-test ve Anova testi yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda değişken grupları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiş olup tespit edilen gereksinimlere katılım oranları doğrultusunda sektör için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractExperiences gained from the past day by day has shown that; it is possible to minimize and control the risks arising from dangerous goods and their logistics, to ensure safety and security for people and the environment, but only within the framework of certain regulations and directives. Along with the fact that Turkey is a party to international agreements and contracts organized in this direction, international harmonization process has started in dangerous goods transportations. In this study; As a result of the evaluation of the harmonization process of dangerous goods transportation sector in Turkey, needs were determined and these needs were presented in a survey to DGSAs, trainees and DGAC-owned enterprises which are the sector sides with the propositions prepared on 5 point likert scale. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and participation rates were evaluated. Four factors were formed as a result of the factor analysis for the propositions. These factors are analysed between variable groups as defined; DGSA, trainers and DGACowned enterprises; those who receive training on dangerous goods and those who do not; domestic and international logistic enterprises; businesses that have or do not receive DGSA services; service durations in the sector; the Turkish territories with the help of T-test and ANOVA test. As a result of the analyzes, statistically significant differences were determined between the variable groups and suggestions were made for the sector in line with the participation rates to the determined needs.en_US
