| dc.description.abstract | Gaferiyyât, coğrafî konumu itibariyle Konya ile Karaman arasında bir geçit yeri ve Anadolu'yu güneye bağlayan bir güzergâhtadır. Bu nedenle Karaman'ın en eski ve her çağda önemini koruyan yerleşim yerlerinden biridir. Osmanlı Devleti döneminde XVII. yüzyılda kaza merkezi olan Gaferiyyât yaklaşık iki yüz yıla yakın bu statüsünü korumuştur. Gaferiyyât, günümüzde Karaman'a bağlı Kâzımkarabekir ilçesini sınırları içerisine alan sahadır. Gaferiyyât Kazası'nın vakıf müessesesi ve bu kurum sayesinde vücut bulan dinî ve toplumsal nitelikli yapılarını inceleyerek kazanın kültürel yapısına ışık tutmak amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışma, Gaferiyyât Hurufât Defterleri'ndeki berat özetlerine dayanmaktadır. Bu kayıtlar; Osmanlı döneminin klasik eğitim kurumlarından olan mektep, medrese, cami, mescit, zaviye gibi vakıf eserleri ile bu kurumlarda verilen hizmetler için atanan görevlilerin tanınması açısından önemlidir. Çünkü bugün tarih boyunca kurulan bütün devletlerin varlığını somutlaştıran en önemli unsurlar onların bina ettiği yapılardır. Bu yapıları meydana getirenler ise şüphesiz Türk İslam tarihinin önemli sosyal kurumlarından olan vakıflar ve görevlileridir. Gaferiyyât'da, pek çok yaygın eğitim kurumunun varlığı, bunun yanında mektep, medrese gibi örgün eğitim kurumlarının da faaliyet göstermesi eğitim-öğretime önem verilerek devrin şartlarına ve ihtiyaçlarına göre bu faaliyetlerin yürütüldüğünü göstermektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Gaferiyyât, in terms of its geographical position, is a passage between Konya and Karaman and routing connecting Anatolia to the South. Therefore, it is one of the oldest locations and, protecting its importance in every age, of Karaman. In the period of Ottoman State, in 17th century, Gaferiyyât that is a center of district maintained its status for about 200 years. Gaferiyyât, nowadays, is an area including in its border the district Kâzımkarabekir, one of the districts subjecting to Karaman. This study, prepared for examining the waqf establishment of the district Gaferiyyât and its religious and social structure that is strengthened thanks to this and setting light to the cultural structure of district , is based on warrant summaries in the typeface books of Gaferiyyât. These records are important in terms of recognizing the waqf works such as school, madrasah, mosque, prayer room, zaviye (small Islamic monastery) and attendants assigned for the services in these institutes. For, the most important elements embodying the existence of all states throughout history are the structures they built. Those forming these structures are certainly the waqfs and their attendants that are of the most important social institutes. In Gaferiyyât, that there exist many common educational instituter, in addition to this, that the educational institutes such as school and madrasah are also in active, giving importance the education and instruction, show that these activities are carried out in accordance with the conditions and needs of that period. | en_US |
