dc.description.abstractSon ilâhî kılavuz olan Kur'ân'ı anlama çabaları, nüzulünden bugüne süregelmektedir. İlk müfessir Hz. Muhammed ve Sahâbenin tefsir faaliyetleri, sözcük bazlıydı. Fetihlerle genişleyen İslâm coğrafyasında her geçen gün İslâm ile şereflenen müminlerin ihtiyacını karşılamak ve vahyi zihinlerde netleştirmek adına yapılan tefsir faaliyetleri çeşitlenerek devam etmiştir. Müfessirlerin istidâtları, çağın ihtiyaçları ve zihniyetleri göz önünde bulundurularak, klasik ve modern olarak adlandırılan dönemlerde rivâyet ve dirâyet tefsirleri ile filolojik, sosyolojik, bilimsel nitelikli ya da konu merkezli yorumlama çalışmaları yapılagelmiştir. Konulu tefsirde Kur'ân, sûre, âyet ya da konu ve kavram bazlı çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. "Crm" ve varyantlarının karşılık geldiği anlamlar, câhiliye devrindeki kullanımları, Arap şiirleri ve ilk dönem lügatleriyle, Kur'ân ile kazandığı anlam, tefsirlerinden iktibas ile ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Kur'ân'ın anlaşılması ve yorumlanmasına küçük bir katkı amacı taşıyan bu çalışmada, "mücrim" kavramına yakın ve zıt kavramlardan faydalanılmıştır. Mücrim kavramının geçtiği âyetlerin taranması, derlenmesi ve analizi vesilesiyle, kavramın izlediği süreç ve anlam dünyasındaki değişim tespit edilerek, mücrimlerin vasıfları ve cezalandırılmaları üzerinde durulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe efforts to understand the Qur'an, the last divine guide, have been continuing since its revelation. The first exegete The tafsir activities of Muhammad and the Companions were word-based. In the Islamic geography, which expanded with the conquests, the tafsir activities carried out in order to meet the needs of the believers who are honored with Islam and to clarify the revelation in their minds continued by diversifying. Considering the aptitudes of commentators, the needs and mentalities of the age, philological, sociological, scientific or subject-centered interpretation studies have been carried out in the so-called classical and modern periods. In thematic tafsir, studies based on the Qur'an, surah, verse or subject and concept are carried out. The meanings of "Crm" and its variants, their usage in the Age of Ignorance, Arabic poems and the first period dictionaries, and the meaning gained with the Qur'an have been tried to be revealed by quoting from their commentaries. In this study, which aims to make a small contribution to the understanding and interpretation of the Qur'an, concepts close to and opposite to the concept of "criminal" were used. Through the scanning, compilation and analysis of the verses in which the concept of the criminal is mentioned, the process followed by the concept and the change in the world of meaning were determined, and the characteristics and punishments of the criminals were emphasized.en_US
