| dc.description.abstract | İç mimarlık mesleği, canlıların yaşadığı ortamlara yansıttığı düzen, işlev ve estetiğin aktarılmasına destek veren yaşam alanlarında biçimlendirme eylemlerini sistematik ilerleten hizmet alanıdır. İç mimarlık, insanoğlu ilk var olduğundan beri yaşadığı ortamları düzenleme, benimseme ve zihinlerinde oluşturduğu imgesel algılama yöntemleriyle mekâna yansıttıkları ruhu ortaya çıkaran tasarımsal bir sürecin sonucudur. Bu iç güdüsel davranış biçimi ve yaratma isteği sonucunda tasarlanan mekanların ruhu, kimliği de içerisindeki donatı elemanlarının yerleşimleri ve kullanış biçimleriyle varlığını sürdüren, yalnızca hacimsel boşluktan oluşmayan alanları meydana getirmektedir. Dolayısıyla mekân taştan, topraktan ziyade içerisindeki donatı elemanları ve kullanıcıları ile birlikte değişen, dönüşen canlı bir varlıktır. Mekânın işlevine göre şekillenen sabit donatı elemanlarının da değişen koşullara, kullanıcılara, çağın getirdiği yeniliklere açık bir sistemde ilerlemesi gerekmektedir. Mekanların işlevini büyük ölçüde belirleyen, tasarımına ve yerleşimine şekil veren sabit donatı elemanlarının nerede, ne şekilde, hangi aşamalardan geçerek hazırlandığı, sabit donatı imalatını yapan firmalarda çalışan iç mimarların iş programı, sabit donatının imalatına ilişkin fiyat tekliflerinin hazırlanma süreci, imalat öncesinde donatının teslim edileceği mekanların mobilya montajına hazır olma durumları, kullanıcının istek ve gereksinimlerinin süreç içerisinde etki değeri, kullanılan malzemelerin özellikleri, tüm süreç içerisinde müşteri tavrını ve karşılaşılabilecek problemleri tespit etme gibi teknik tüm aşamaların araştırıldığı bu çalışmanın temel hedefi mimari ve endüstriyel meslek alanlarında etkin rol oynayan mekân içi sabit donatıların üretimini üstlenen firmaların belirleyici faktörler olan teklif ve teslim süreçlerinin araştırılmasında literatür olarak eksik kalınan noktaların belirlenmesi, sektörün güncel durumunun incelenmesi, karşılaşılan problemlere çözüm önerileri sunulmasıdır. Buradan hareketle çalışmada, iç mimarlık mesleğinin tarihsel gelişimi, mobilya sektörünün iç mimarlık mesleğindeki önemi ve mobilya sektörünün alt dalı olan sabit mobilya (donatı) sektöründeki firmaların donatı imalatından önce fiyatlandırılma (teklif) ve ürün teslimine kadar olan süreçte müşteriyle etkileşimleri araştırılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Interior design is a service area that systematically advances the act of shaping living spaces, supporting the transfer of order, function and aesthetics reflected in the environments where living beings reside. Interior design is the result of a design process that reveals the spirit reflected in space through the methods of arranging, adopting and projecting the environments in which humans have lived since the beginning of time, and the mental images they have created. The spirit and identity of the spaces designed as a result of this instinctive behaviour and desire to create are sustained by the placement and use of the fixtures within them, creating spaces that are not merely volumetric voids. Therefore, space is a living entity that changes and transforms with its fixtures and users, rather than being defined by stone or earth. Fixed furnishing elements shaped according to the function of the space must also progress within a system that is open to changing conditions, users, and innovations brought about by the era. The fixed fixtures that largely determine the function of spaces and shape their design and layout, where and how they are prepared, and the stages involved in their preparation; the work schedule of interior designers working in companies that manufacture fixed fixtures; the process of preparing price quotations for the manufacture of fixed fixtures; the readiness of the spaces where the fixtures will be delivered for furniture assembly prior to manufacture; the impact value of the user's requests and requirements throughout the process; the characteristics of the materials used; identifying customer attitudes and potential problems throughout the entire process. The main objective of this study, which investigates all technical stages, is to determine the gaps in the literature regarding the research of quotation and delivery processes, which are decisive factors for companies undertaking the production of fixed interior fittings that play an active role in the architectural and industrial fields, to examine the current state of the sector, and to propose solutions to the problems encountered. Based on this, the study examines the historical development of the interior design profession, the importance of the furniture sector in the interior design profession, and the interactions of companies in the fixed furniture (fittings) sector, a sub-sector of the furniture industry, with customers throughout the process from pricing (quotation) to product delivery prior to the manufacture of fittings. | |
