| dc.description.abstract | Gayr-i müslimlerin şer'î hükümlere muhatap olup olmaması konusunda İslâm âlimleri ihtilaf etmişlerdir. Fıkıh bilginlerinin çoğunluğu, gayr-i müslimlerin de şer'î hükümlere muhatap olduğunu söylerken, başta Hanefîler olmak üzer bazı âlimler de onların muhatap olmadığı görüşünü benimsemişlerdir. Bu çalışmada, konu etrafında ortaya konan görüşler delilleriyle beraber ve mukayeseli olarak ele alınmıştır. çalışmamızda inanç yönünden insanlar, teklif ve mahiyeti hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, ibadet ve hukuk alanında olmak üzere gayr-i müslimlerin sorumluluğu incelenmiştir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Islamic scholars have a dispute with whether the religious provisions deal with non-Muslims or not.While the majority of fiqh scholars said that this was addressed to non-Muslims as well, some scholars, especially the Hanafis, have adopted the opposite view. Opinions around this issue set out in this study, together with supporting evidence, and are discussed in comparison. In our study, it's given insight into people in terms of belief, proposal and its nature, and reviewed the responsibility of the non-Muslims in the field of prayer and laws. | en_US |
