dc.description.abstractEğitim öğretim hayatı boyunca öğrencilerin sıklıkla kullandıkları ders araç gereçlerinden biri olan ders kitaplarının, öğretim hedeflerine ulaşılma derecesi ve hedeflere ulaşma sürecinin gözden geçirilmesi açısından ölçme ve değerlendirme işlemine katkısı yadsınamaz. Bu sebepledir ki eğitim araçlarının analiz edilmesi gereksinimi doğmaktadır. Bu araştırmada edinilen amaç, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınca Ağrı ilinde İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından 2017/2018 eğitim öğretim yılında dağıtılmış olan 4. sınıf Fen Bilimleri Ders Kitabı'nda yer alan ölçme ve değerlendirme sorularının Bloom taksonomisine göre ve geleneksel veya alternatif değerlendirme türüne göre incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme deseni ile yürütülmüş olup araştırmanın çalışma grubu ise 2017/ 2018 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Ağrı İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından dağıtılmış olan FENBİL Yayıncılık 4. Sınıf Fen Bilimleri Ders Kitabı olarak belirlenmiştir. Ders kitabında yer alan tüm ölçme ve değerlendirme soruları revize edilmiş Bloom Taksonomisi'ne ait Bilişsel Süreç Boyutu ve Bilgi Boyutu'nu içeren iki boyutlu tabloya literatür taranıp anahtar bilgiler edinilerek doğru bir şekilde yerleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bununla beraber yine literatür araştırmalarından edinilen bilgiler doğrultusunda sorular "Geleneksel ve Alternatif Ölçme Değerlendirme Yöntemleri" kategorilerine ayrılmıştır. Bu şekilde toplanan veriler içerik analizine tabi tutularak bulgulara ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular 4. Sınıf Fen Bilimleri Ders Kitabı'nda yer alan soruların Bloom Taksonomisi'nde çoğunlukla alt düzey düşünme becerilerinde yer aldığı ve bu soruların Bilişsel Süreç Boyutu'nda yoğun olarak hatırlama ve anlama basamaklarında olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca Bilgi Boyutu'nda olgusal ve kavramsal İşlem basamağında etkinlikler daha fazla yer almıştır. Ölçme ve değerlendirme türüne göre soruların dağılımına bakıldığında ise soruların tamamına yakınının geleneksel yöntemlere ait soru türüne ait olduğu görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is undeniable that textbooks, which are one of the most frequently used teaching materials used by students throughout their education, contribute to the measurement and evaluation process in terms of the degree of achievement of the educational objectives and the process of achieving the objectives. Therefore, there is a need to analyze the educational tools. The aim of this study is to investigate the assessment and evaluation questions in the 4th grade Science Textbook distributed by the Ministry of National Education in the province of Ağrı by the Provincial Directorate of National Education in 2017/2018 academic year according to Bloom's taxonomy and according to current or alternative evaluation type. The research was conducted with qualitative research methods and document study design and the study group was determined as FENBİL Publishing 4th Grade Science Textbook which was distributed by Ağrı Provincial Directorate of National Education in 2017/2018 academic year. All measurement and evaluation questions in the textbook were revised and tried to be correctly placed by obtaining literature and searching the literature in a two-dimensional table containing the Cognitive Process Dimension and Knowledge Dimension of Bloom Taxonomy. However, in line with the information obtained from the literature research, the questions were divided into the categories of Current and Alternative Assessment Methods. In this way, the data collected were subjected to content analysis and the findings were tried to be reached. The findings of the study revealed that the questions in the 4th grade Science Textbook were mostly involved in lower-level thinking skills in Bloom's Taxonomy, and that these questions were heavily in the cognitive process dimension in remembering and comprehension stages. In addition, the factual and conceptual process step has more activities in the Knowledge Dimension. When the distribution of the questions according to the type of measurement and evaluation is examined, it is seen that almost all of the questions belong to the question type of the current methods.en_US
