Özet
Çocuk süreli yayınları çocukların eğitimini amaçlarken eğlendirici bir işlevinin de bulunması bakımdan çocuk okurlar tarafından çocuk edebiyatı ürünleri arasında çok tercih edilen bir türdür. Çocuk eğitimi ve bu d nemde kazandırılması gereken bilgi davranış ve değerlerin nemi düşünüldüğünde çocuklar için oluşturulan eserlerin titizlikle incelenip değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Çocuklar için oluşturulacak yeni edebi ürünlerin bu incelemeler dikkate alınarak oluşturulması bu alanda pek çok kıymetli içeriği çocuk edebiyatına kazandıracaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı Elele kadın dergisinin çocuk okurlar için yayınlanan aylık eki “Çitlembik” isimli çocuk dergisini derginin çocuk eğitimine değerler eğitimine katkısı ve çocuk edebiyatı ürünlerinin taşıması gereken özellikler bağlamında çocuk süreli yayınlarında bulunması gereken yapısal özellikler bakımından incelemektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel araştırma modelinin kullanıldığı çalışmanın örneklemini 1976-1980 yılları arasında Elele kadın dergisi tarafından yayınlanan “Çitlembik” çocuk dergisinin 39 sayısı oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, dergide yer alan metinler taşıdığı metin türü özelliklerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Sınıflandırılan metinlerde çocuklara kazandırılması hedeflenen değerler Türkçe Öğretim Programı'nda yer alan değerler temel alınarak incelenmiş ve tespit edilmiştir. Derginin sayıları yapısal özellikleri bakımından biçimsel kapsamda boyut (büyüklük) kâğıt sayfa düzeni harfler resimler kapak ve cilt bakımından; içeriksel kapsamda tema konu üslup ve dil anlatım bakımından değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre incelenen derginin genel anlamda çocuklara uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar çerçevesinde birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
Considering the importance of child education and the knowledge, behavior and values that should be gained in this period the works created for children should be carefully examined and evaluated. The new literatures to be created for young readers should be created taking consider those examinations so this will lead to gain so many valuable content yo young reader literature. The aim of this research is to examine the children's magazine named “Çitlembik” the monthly supplement of Elele women's magazine for children in terms of the features that children's literature products should have the contribution of the magazine to children's education values education and the structural features that should be in children's periodicals. The sample of the study, in which the descriptive research model, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used, consists of 39 issues of the children's magazine “Çitlembik” which was published by Elele women's magazine between 1976-1980. In the study, the texts in the journal were classified according to the type of text. The values that should be taught to children in the classified texts were examined and determined on the basis of the values in the Turkish curriculum. The issues of the magazine were evaluated in terms of structural features, size, paper, page layout, letters, pictures, cover and binding; In the term of the content, the theme, subject, style and language were evaluated in terms of expression. According to the result obtained from the research, it was determined that the examined journal was suitable for children in general. Within the framework of the obtained results, some suggestions were presented.
