dc.description.abstractEngelli nüfus oranı her geçen gün artmakta olup çeşitli fiziksel yetersizlikler engelli bireyleri birçok açıdan sınırlamaktadır. Bu bakımdan, engelli bireylerin karşılaştıkları sorunları çözmeye ilişkin geliştirilen yeni araç ve yöntemler önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada; hareket engelli insanların, günlük hayatta karşılaşabilecekleri merdiven, yükseklik ve alçaklıklar gibi zorlukları aşabilmeleri, hareket kısıtlılıklarının ortadan kaldırılması ve yaşam kalitelerinin artırılması amacıyla üretilmekte olan engelli platformu için inovatif bir prototip ortaya koyulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında; hareket engelli bireylerin merdivenleri refakatçisiz bir şekilde aşması için merdiven tipi engelli platformu 3 boyutlu modelleme programı vasıtasıyla tasarlanmış ve bu tasarımdaki mekanizmaların simülasyonları yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, yük taşıyan parçaların stres ve yer değiştirme analizleri yapılarak optimizasyonu sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca, yapılan tasarım üretime geçirilerek prototip imalatı yapılmıştır. Yapılan prototip imalatın üzerine güvenlik ve hareket testleri yapılarak seri üretime uygun ürün ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Tüm bu süreçlerde izlenen adımlar, kullanılan materyal ve yöntemler ile yapılan analizlere ilişkin bulgular detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe population of people with disabilities is increasing day by day. Various physical obstacles limit persons with disabilities in many ways. In this respect, it is important to develop new tools and methods to solve the problems of disabled people. In this study; an innovative prototype has been developed for the disabled platform, which is designed for people with walkng disabled to overcome difficulties such as ladders, high and low ground that can be encountered in everyday life, to remove movement limitations and to increase quality of life. In this study, a wheelchair stair platform was designed by means of a 3D modeling program to allow walking disabled individuals to overcome the stairs without a companion. Furthermore, simulations of the mechanisms in this design have been made. In this context, stress and displacement analyzes of the load bearing parts have been made and optimization has been achieved. In addition, the design has been produced and the prototype has been manufactured. Safety and motion tests were carried out on the prototype manufacturing, and then a series of suitable product was produced. Findings related to the steps, materials and methods used in all these processes are explained in detail.en_US
