dc.description.abstractFabaceae (Baklagiller) familyası içerisinde yer alan Cytisus cinsi: Cytsisus, Tubocytisus, Corothamnus, Spartopsis, Chronanthus olmak üzere beş seksiyondan oluşmakta ve ülkemizde 16 tür ile temsil edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Cytisus cinsine ait on farklı takson sitogenetik yönden incelenmiştir. Bitkilere ait tohumlar ülkemizin farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Mitotik metafaz kromozomlarının belirlenmesi Görüntü Analiz Sistemi (Bs200ProP) kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında ezme-yayma preparasyon tekniği kullanılarak görüntüleme sistemi sonucunda elde edilen somatik kromozom sayıları taksonlar arasında karşılaştırılmış ve taksonlar arasındaki varyasyonlar ortaya konulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe genus Cytisus, which is in the Fabaceae (Legumes) family, consists of five sections: Cytsisus, Tubocytisus, Corothamnus, Spartopsis, Chronanthus and is represented by 16 species in our country. In this study, ten different taxa belonging to the genus Cytisus were examined in terms of cytogenetics. The seeds of the plants were collected from different localities of our country. Identification of mitotic metaphase chromosomes was made using the Image Analysis System (Bs200ProP). In this thesis, the somatic chromosome numbers obtained as a result of the imaging system were compared between taxa using the crush-smear preparation technique and the variations between taxa were revealed.en_US
