dc.description.abstractİbn Haldûn’un, ilimleri tasnif ettiği el-Mukaddime’sinde dil ilimleri de kendine yer bulmuştur. O, dil ilimlerini lügat (sözlük), nahiv (gramer), beyân (belâgat), edeb (şiir) şeklinde dört ana başlık halinde ele almıştır. Kendisinden bir asırdan fazla bir zaman önce bu ilim bütünüyle kemâle ulaştığı ve terminolojisi yerleştiği halde o, beyân başlığıyla belâgatı kastetmiş, meânî ilmine de belâgat demiştir. Ayrıca, “meğaribe” (batılı) ve “meşârika” (doğulu) Müslüman toplumları “beyân” (belâgat) ilmi açısından mukayese ederek doğulu toplumların bu ilimde batılı toplumlardan daha üstün olduğu kanaatine ulaşmış, bazı verilerden hareketle de bu fikrini kanıtlama yoluna gitmiştir. İbn Haldûn beyân (belâgat) ilmini öğrenmenin gerekliliği ve faydasından da bahsetmiştir. Bu çalışmada İbn Haldûn’un beyâna (belâgata) dair fikirleri incelenmiş, sıra dışı terminolojisi mercek altına alınmış, gerekli tespit ve değerlendirmeler yapılmaya gayret edilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractIn Ibn Khaldun's “al-Muqaddimah”, where he classified the sciences, language studies also took place. He has handled the language sciences in four main headings: dictionary, grammar, rhetoric and poem. In the case that this knowledge has reached its full extent and its terminology has been established more than a century ago, it means belief with the heading of the book, and it is also a rhetoric to the humble knowledge. In addition, by comparing the Muslim societies western and eastern in terms of rhetoric he hasreached the conclusion that eastern societies are superior to western societies in this science. And then he went on to prove this idea based on some data. He also mentions the necessity and benefit of learning rhetoric. In this study, his ideas and the extraordinary terminology about the rhetoric examined, and necessary determination and evaluations will be tried. Later assessment and evaluation in this regard required.en_US
