Özet
Tekvin meselesi aslında hep insanın merakını celbeden bir konu olmuştur. Arap dilinde tekvin kelimesi tef’il babında k-v-n kökünden türetilmiş bir mastardır. Bu terim, tef’il kalıbında meydana getirme, yoktan yaratma gibi anlamlarda kullanılmaktadır. Tekvin meselesi aslında birçok açıdan tartışılmakla birlikte, yaratmanın yoktan olduğu konusunda genel olarak ilahi dinlerin ve özel olarak da İslam ekollerinin görüşleri birbirine yakındır. Eşariler yaratma konusunda eylemi gerçekleştiren bir sıfat olarak gördükleri kudret sıfatına ağırlık verirken, Maturidiler kudret sıfatının yanında tekvin sıfatına ayrı bir önem atfetmişlerdir. Çünkü kudret sıfatı, bir şeye güç yetirilebileceğini ifade ederken, tekvin sıfatı onu kesin olarak ortaya koymayı ifade eder. Maturidilere göre tekvin Allah’ın zatı ile kaim ezeli bir sıfat olmasından hareketle yaratma eylemi bu sıfatla gerçekleşmektedir.
The issue of creation has always been a subject that attracts people's curiosity. The word takween in the Arabic language is an infinitive derived from the root of k-w-n in the form of etafeel. This term is used in taf eel form in terms of forming and creating from nothing Although the issue of creation of the universe is discussed in many respects, the views of divine religions in general and Islamic Kalam schools in particular are similar to the fact that creation was made from nothing. While the Ashari's focused on the attribute of power (qudrah), which they regarded as an adjective that carried out the action on creation, the Maturidi's attached a special importance to the attribute of takween in addition to the attribute of power. This is because the attribute of power means that something can be done. while the attribute of takween expresses what is accomplished. According to Maturidi's, the act of creation takes place via this attribute because of the fact that takween is an eternal attribute that is directly associated with Allah. Here, the Ash'arites, unlike the Maturidis, attribute the act of creation to the attribute of power, and they claim that both power and action occur in one attribute. However, having power and power about something and making a disposition about it is a separate situation, creating it and bringing it into existence is another situation and requires having different attributes
