Özet
Üzerinde yaşadığımız coğrafyanın köklü değişimlere tanık olduğu, Türk varlığı ve İslam’la tanıştığı dönemlere dair önemli veriler içerdiği kanaatiyle uzak bir coğrafyada doğmasına rağmen bölgeyi gezme fırsatı bulan, gözlem ve edindiği bilgileri yazıya aktaran Endülüs kökenli coğrafyacı ve tarihçi ibn Saîd el-Mağribî’nin Kitâb el-Coğrafya’sından Anadolu’ya ait kısa ancak bir o kadar değerli bir bölümün tercümesini yapmaya çalıştık. Elbette burada yer alan coğrafi, tarihi ve antropolojik veriler bu sahaların uzmanları tarafından kendi alan disiplinleri doğrultusunda değerlendirmeye tabi tutulacak ve yorumlanacaktır. Bu mütevazi çalışmanın, yaşadığımız coğrafyanın Anadolu’ya dönüştüğü döneme bir nebze ışık tutması ve daha geniş çaplı araştırmalara kapı aralaması en büyük dileğimizdir
Although the geography we live in has witnessed radical changes, it is known that it contains important data about the periods of Turkish existence and Islam, it is possible to visit the region with the knowledge and knowledge gained from a geographical area. We tried to translate a short but valuable part of Anatolia from hand-Geography. Of course, the geographical, historical and anthropological data will be evaluated and interpreted by the experts of these fields in line with their field disciplines. It is our greatest wish that this humble work will shed some light on the period in which our geography was transformed into Anatolia and open the door to wider research.
