dc.description.abstractÇalışma ile birbirinden zıt pozisyonda liderler olarak kabul edilen Muhammed Rıza Pehlevi ve Ayetullah Humeyni dönemleri İran dış politikasında antiemperyalizm ele alınmış ve iki dönem arasında tam bir zıtlıktan ziyade farklılıklar olduğu savunulmuştur. Bu bağlamda çalışma Harvey’in emperyalizm teorik yaklaşımı temelinde dönemlerin tarihsel anlatısı yöntemiyle ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca liderlerin konular ile ilgili konuşmalarına da yer yer verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmaya göre İran dış politikası Pehlevi Hanedanlığı ve İslam Cumhuriyeti dönemlerinde tarihsel tecrübeler ışığında antiemperyalist bir anlayışına sahip olmuştur. Bu dış politika anlayışını uygulama yöntemlerinde yaşanan farklılıklar iki dönemin birbirinden zıt olduğunu zannetmeye yol açmaktadır. Bu noktada belirtilen farklılığın kaynağı çalışmanın ortaya çıkmasına yol açmıştır. Böylece çalışma içerisinde Muhammed Rıza Pehlevi ve Ayetullah Humeyni dönemleri İran dış Politikasında antiemperyalizm, Harvey’in yeni emperyalizm anlayışı çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Çalışma ile iki liderin antiemperyalist bir dış politikaya sahip olduğu, ancak bunu uygulayış şekillerinin farklılık gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the study, anti-imperialism in Iran's foreign policy during the periods of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and Ayatollah Khomeini, who are considered to be leaders in opposite positions from each other, is discussed and it is argued that there are differences between the two periods rather than a complete contradiction. In this context, the study is handled with the method of historical narrative of the periods on the basis of Harvey's imperialism theoretical approach. In addition, it was tried to include the speeches of the leaders on the issues. According to the study, Iranian foreign policy had an anti-imperialist understanding in the light of historical experiences during the Pahlavi Dynasty and the Islamic Republic. The differences in the methods of applying this foreign policy understanding lead to the assumption that the two periods are opposite from each other. At this point, the source of the difference mentioned has led to the emergence of the study. Thus, in the study, the periods of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and Ayatollah Khomeini are discussed within the framework of anti-imperialism in Iranian foreign policy and Harvey's new understanding of imperialism. With the study, it was concluded that the two leaders had an anti-imperialist foreign policy, but the way they implemented it differed.en_US
