dc.description.abstractİcrâsını hem Osmanlı Devletinde, hem de Cumhuriyet döneminde sunabilmiş nâdir bestekârlardan biri de 1894-1975 yılları arasında yaşamış olan Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi’dir. İstanbul’da doğmuş olan Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, Osmanlı döneminin son zamanlarına kadar işlerliğini devam ettiren tekkelerin etkisinde kalarak mûsikî bilgisini almış ve tekke tavrını edinmiştir. Nota bilgisi olmamasına rağmen, Türk Mûsikî’sinin bir çok formunu ustalıkla icra etmesinde yaşadığı dönemin ünlü mûsikî şahsiyetleriyle birlikte olması ve onlarla icralarda bulunmasının yanında, Uşşâki tekkesi postnişini olan amcası Mustafa Hilmi Sâfi Efendi’den ve diğer amcası İzzet Efendi’den aldığı meşk usulü ile edindiği mûsikî bilgisinin etkisi büyüktür. İstanbul’da bulunan tekkelerin birçoğunda zâkirbaşı görevini yerine getiren Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, Cumhuriyet döneminden sonra tekkelerin kapatılması sürecinde bir süre lâ dini eserler icrâ etmiştir. Hayatının geri kalan kısmında dînî eserlerin icrâsına ağırlık vermiş ve ilâhi formunda bestelediği eserlerin tamamını bu dönemde yapmıştır. Hem Osmanlı hemde Cumhuriyet döneminde yaşayan ve Türk Musikîsindeki mersiye formunu çok iyi icra eden Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, bu sebeple ‘’Osmanlının Son Mersiyehânı’’ ünvanını almıştır. Bu çalışmamızda icrâsını hem Osmanlı döneminde hem de Cumhuriyet döneminde sunmuş olan Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi’nin hayatını ve ilâhi formunda bestelediği eserlerini araştırdık ve bir tablo halinde sunduk. Araştırmamızda, Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi ile ilgili hiçbir çalışma yapılmadığı için, halen yaşayan talebelerinden, Celal Yılmaz ve Nazmi Temelcan ile mülâkat tekniğini kullandık.en_US
dc.description.abstractSebilci Hüseyin Efendi, (1894-1975), is one of the rare composers that performed during the Ottoman Empire as well as the Rebuplic period. Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi who was born in Istanbul, learned music knowledge and inquired tekke music style from the dervish lodges which had continued its effect until the Ottoman Empire last periods. The effect of music knowledge that he learned with the mesk method from his uncle Mustafa Hilmi Sâfi Efendi who was sheik of Ussaki lodge and his other uncle, İzzet Efendi although he didn’t know note knowledge besides he performed with the welknown music performers and having time together in that period , was great. Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, fulfilling the task zakirbaşı in many lodges in Istanbul, performed non-religious music in the process of closing the lodges after a while the Republican period. He gave weight to perform religious music in his rest of life and composed of his all compositions in this period. Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, lived in Ottoman and Turkish Republic time and performed mersiye form of the Turkish music very well, got a title of ‘’The Last Mersiyehan of Ottoman’’. In this our study, we sought the life and his compositions in form of hymns of Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi who performed both in the late Ottoman period and in the period of Turkish Republic and presented his hymns as table. Because any research wasn’t done about Sebilci Hüseyin Efendi, we used interviewing method in our study with his students, Celal Yılmaz and Nazmi Temelcan alive.en_US
