Lojistik Öğrencilerinin İş Başı Eğitiminden Tatmin Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma: Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Örneği

Özet
İşbaşı eğitimi, iş yerinde veya iş yeri dışında işin fiilen yapıldığı yerde verilen eğitim olarak tanımlanmaktadır.Üniversitelerin tıp fakültelerinde intörn doktorluk olarak uzun yıllardan beri başarıyla uygulanan bu eğitim modeli sonyıllarda mühendislik fakültelerinde ve diğer fakültelerde de uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. İş başı eğitimi ya da 71 eğitimmodeli olarak uygulanan sistemde öğrenciler 1 dönem boyunca eğitim alanlarına uygun iş yerlerinde istihdam edilmekteve teorik bilgilerini pratik beceriye dönüştürmektedir. Bununla birlikte iş başı eğitimi, üniversite-sanayi işbirliğininsağlanması, şirketlere iş gücü temininde kaynak oluşturmak vb. birçok faydaları bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı,lojistik öğrencilerinin işbaşı eğitiminden tatmin düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretimyılında Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ulaştırma ve Lojistik bölümünde işbaşı eğitimi alan öğrencilere işbaşı eğitimiöncesi ilk anket, işbaşı eğitimi sonrası son anket yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. 71 öğrencinin anketleri değerlendirmeyealınmıştır. Öğrencilerin ilk anket ve son anket karşılaştırmalarında istatistiksel anlamlı bir fark olmadığı ve öğrencilerinişbaşı eğitiminden beklentilerinin karşılandığı belirlenmiştir. İşbaşı eğitimini 3. parti lojistik şirketlerde yapanöğrencilerin beklentileri, lojistik faaliyet icra eden diğer şirketlerde yapan öğrencilere göre daha yüksektir.
Job shadowing is defined as the training given at the place where the job is actually performed in the company or outsidethe company. This training model, which has been successfully applied for many years as internship in medical facultiesof universities, has been applied in engineering and other faculties in recent years. In the system applied as job shadowingor 7 1 education model, the students are employed in the companies according to their fields of study for 1 semesterand they transform their theoretical knowledges into practical skills. On the other hand, job shadowing has many benefitslike university-industry cooperation, creating resources for companies to provide labor etc. The aim of this study is todetermine the satisfaction level of logistics students from job shadowing. For this purpose, the first questionnaire beforejob shadowing and the last questionnaire after job shadowing were applied to the students who gets job shadowing inTransportation and Logistics Deparment of Necmettin Erbakan University in the 2018-2019 academic year face to face.The questionnaires of 71 students were evaluated. It was determined that there was no statistically significant differencebetween the first and last questionnaires of the students and their expectations from job shadowing were met. Expectationsof students who do job shadowing in 3rd party logistics companies are higher than those of other companies engaged inlogistics activities.
