dc.description.abstractGelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin ekonomik faaliyetlerinin başında gelen turizm, gelişme göstermeye başladığı destinasyonlarda olumlu ve olumsuz etkilere neden olmaktadır. Turizmin destinasyonlar üzerindeki bu etkilerinden en fazla etkilenenlerin başında ise yerel halk gelmektedir. Turizmin olumlu etkileri, genel olarak yerel halkın yaşam kalitesine olumlu; olumsuz etkileri ise yerel halkın yaşam kalitesine de olumsuz olarak yansıdığı ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada turizmin etkilerinin TRB1 Bölgesindeki yerel halkın yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenebilmesi bakımından önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmada TRB1 Bölgesinde turizmin gelişme göstermeye başlaması ile birlikte beraberinde getirdiği etkilerin yerel halk tarafından nasıl algılandığını ve bu etkilerden hangilerinin yerel halkın yaşam kalitesini etkilediğinin belirlenebilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Bu hedef doğrultusunda TRB1 Bölgesinde yaşayan yerel halkın algıladığı yaşam kalitesi; turizmin ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve çevresel etkileri ile değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada yerel halkın turizmin etkilerine yönelik algılarının yaşam kalitesine olan etkisinin belirlenebilmesi amacıyla literatür çalışmaları sonucunda anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Veriler TRB1 Bölgesinde ikamet eden 1.001 katılımcıdan anket tekniği ile toplandıktan sonra istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre turizmin ekonomik, kültürel, sosyal ve çevresel etkileri ile yaşam kalitesinin tüm boyutları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca turizmin olumlu sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik ve çevresel etkilerinin de TRB1 Bölgesinde yaşayan yerel halkın yaşam kalitesini etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada ortaya çıkan bu sonuçlara göre turizm planlayıcıları ve uygulayıcıları bölgede turizm ile ilgili kararlar alırken de yaşam kalitesine yönelik göstergeleri dikkate almaları gerekmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractTourism, which is one of the leading economic activities of developed and developing countries, causes positive and negative effects in the destinations where it has started to develop. Local people are at the forefront of those who are most affected by these effects of tourism on destinations. The positive effects of tourism are generally positive for the quality of life of the local people; It is stated that its negative effects are also reflected negatively on the quality of life of the local people. In this study, it is important to determine the effects of tourism on the quality of life of the local people in the TRB1 Region. In the study, it is aimed to determine how the effects of tourism in TRB1 Region are perceived by the local people and which of these effects affect the quality of life of the local people. In line with this goal, the perceived quality of life of the local people living in the TRB1 Region; economic, social, cultural and environmental effects of tourism have been tried to be evaluated. In the study, a questionnaire form was created as a result of the literature studies in order to determine the effect of the perceptions of the local people on the effects of tourism on the quality of life. The data were statistically analyzed after being collected from 1,001 participants residing in TRB1 Region by questionnaire technique. According to the findings obtained as a result of the study, it has been determined that there is a significant relationship between the economic, cultural, social and environmental effects of tourism and all dimensions of the quality of life. In addition, it has been concluded that the positive social, cultural, economic and environmental effects of tourism affect the quality of life of the local people living in the TRB1 Region. According to these results of the research, tourism planners and practitioners should take into account the indicators of quality of life when making decisions about tourism in the region.en_US
